Capítulo 43: I Am Not A Child, Father!

After spending some time at his mate's tomb, William got up to go home. He knew he had to make a decision quickly. He can't afford to waste much time.

But first, he needs to cool himself off. Since it was the week of festivities, there would be free food and drinks by the Royal house in honor of the coming of age of the future Alpha.

He needs to drink so he can think straight. William walked slowly towards a bar some meters away from his house. He felt someone following him. Being a royal guard before he always senses the presence of someone within miles of him.

William wondered if that woman sent people to follow him. He shook his head before entering the bar. He ordered a strong drink because today his mind was kind of hazy and confused.

His mind wandered to that fateful night again. Sometimes William wondered what could have caused the fight between those women then. How did Audrey get to the forbidden forest?
