Capítulo 75: Did That Scum Do It?

Alpha Frederick wasn't helping matters either as he was so engrossed in the story. But gladly he was too engrossed to notice anything amiss in Kiara's expression.

"Did that scum of a man do it? Did he accept to sell off his daughter for money?" Alpha Frederick asked in rage.

"Fortunately, the man wasn't as bad as he was portraying himself. He couldn't bring himself to set a trap for his daughter which might lead to her death. As much as he claimed to hate her, it wasn't to the point of killing her. She was still his daughter after all"

"As the man was contemplating on the issue, he found out a secret that made him guilty all his life," Cassy continued explaining. 

"A secret? What kind of secret could that be? Let me guess, did he find out that his mate wasn't killed by the girl's mother?" Alpha Frederick asked.
