At the door of the prayer hall, covered in his own viscous blood, Lin FenXiang grunted, gasping in pain as he maintained a death grip on his shoulder, his left arm hung limply by his side, throbbing in pain. Red hot fluid continued to flow down his shoulder and arm, staining the entirety of his arm and the marble floor beneath him in crimson red.

A nun rushed out of the door while another rushed to support him, barely saving him from collapsing face-first on the floor.

Knees planted on the marble floor, Lin FenXiang gasped convulsing as a stabbing sensation reeled through his arm, white-hot pain coursed in his veins, throbbing under his skin and stabbing at his left side. The ache was almost blinding as he clutched his left shoulder to stop the bleeding somehow.

It was a futile attempt.
