I thought I wouldn't be bothered if I saw Brooke coming out of Noah's room but for the last ten minutes, it was all I could think of. More especially, why had Noah lied to me?

"Your Majesty, I'm here," Brenna said behind me making me jump at the suddenness of her voice. I was so lost in my thoughts that I didn't hear her walk up to me.

"Oh!" I chuckled awkwardly, "I didn't hear you come. Did you say something? Are the girls alright?" I asked simultaneously hoping it wasn't showing too much that I had been crying. Never in my wildest imaginations did I think I would be holed up in the restroom sobbing over Noah…
