Capítulo 45: Chapter 45: Assassination

ARMAND VOSS’S POV

The visions and dreams of poisoned blood spilling from a knife had been plaguing my nights for the past two days. I assumed that this was because of the attack in the royal resort and hence had pushed the visions to the back of my mind. 

Randale had dragged me into the chambers as he pushed me onto the couch, and we kissed passionately. We had been dancing around each other at the resort, making out and enjoying each other's bodies, but the tension between us about mating hung over our heads. 

“Randale,” I moaned but he was far gone as I felt him lick my neck. My body stiffened and I pushed him away with force as I heard loud knocking on the door. 

“Who the f*ck dares interrupt us?” Randale sat back on the couch and a low growl rambled in his chest. 

I stood up and straightened my clothes. I marched to the door and yanked it open. The guard who stood at the other end looked at me in a panic. “Forgive me for interrupting. There has been an attack on the Queen.”
