Capítulo 92: Unexpected visit
It's been a month since Lin Cian was back at the academy. He spends his days there training with his brother and reading books.
After a few days of training, Lin Cian felt the day has arrived. He took Doaren to the Skyfall Pavilion and Harry guided him for a few days.
Harry claimed that the problem with Doaren is lacking in foundation. Just because someone can use the curved swords blindfolded doesn't mean he can ignore the foundation.
Doaren was obsessed with training twin swords but he lacked the basics of using the single sword and most cultivation techniques encouraged using a single sword. Even if there is a cultivation technique to use twin swords that would be considered a top-tier cultivation technique. Even though Doaren is allowed to have one, he can't choose a high-tier one for his first cultivation technique. Who would give a top-tier technique to a person who hasn't proven his worth? Thus he was affected with no improvement.
Lin Cian has finished all his works and has yet to move out to somewhere else but this time he was alone on the road. Doaren decided to follow him to the Stargazing Academy because he wanted to see his twin brother and his sister.
The day before his departure Lin Cian decided to visit the Skyfall Pavillion once again while Doaren spend his last day with Lisa in the academy.
When Lin Cian arrived at the Skyfall Pavilion he felt there was something wrong. Usually, when he arrives he would hear the grand boasting of Chiro Dhamini. But for some reason, he couldn't hear them.
Lin Cian felt something was wrong because he could sense the presence of a strong individual; stronger than the chief of the Skyfall Pavilion Azriel. Lin Cian activated the sense of presence to detect the powerful person. To his surprise, the powerful individual was no one other than his father, Lin Yasho.
Seeing his father from a certain distance Lin Cian decided to flee the scene but he wasn't that strong. The martial soul of Banyan Swamp has the greatest advantage of detecting the presence of an individual which can par to Lin Cian's sense of presence; the power gap between them made Lin Yasho invincible in the field.
Once Lin Cian took a few steps away from the elder hall he felt a warm sensation around his body. Lin Cian had no other option than to curse himself. At the next moment, he was dragged to his father. It was the soul energy of Lin Yasho that surrounded Lin Cian to give a warm sensation around him. He screamed while getting dragged into the elder's hall. After all, he knows why the old tree has been here. That's why he wanted to flee the scene. But detecting his presence Lin Yasho dragged Lin Cian towards his side.
Lin Cian was hanged upside down; in front of his father. When he saw Lin Yasho with a cold face, Lin Cian smiled sheepishly believing he would let him go but for some reason, Lin Cian could feel the anger souring in his father. He has never seen his father getting angry. In fact, he was a bit surprised about the fact he was angry. In a second it struck Lin Cian why was he getting angry. Lin Cian felt it will be a bloody disaster but promised himself he would make the one responsible for this awkwardness pay for everything.
"You bastard, how dare you to go back from your word?" his mouth was pursed and his breath was not steady.
"I... I haven't"
The next moment everyone heard a loud bang; Lin Yasho hit his hand on the armrest of his chair.
Lin Cian understands the situation because only one thing can make Lin Yasho this angry. "I am still a virgin. How can you try to kill me? At least I have to get married before dying." Lin Cian made himself cocky with his words.
"Virgin, you are...ha ...wait a minute... You are a virgin?" his eyes widened in shock because what he heard was just the opposite.
"Yes, I am" Lin Cian deliberately spoke in an innocent tone as if he never know what happened.
The sound of Lin Cian gritting his teeth and moaning was heard in the hall. His breath was so heavy and rapid that Lin Cian heard them with his ears. His eyelids felt heavy and his vision blurred; his breath became very short and his mouth gasped for air. His slim waist started to get crushed. A trickle of drool mixed with blood leaked from the corner of his mouth.
"Let him go" an elegant voice resounded in the area and Lin Cian felt the pressure on him was reduced.
Lin Cian's blurry vision soon gained a bit of clarity, with the spinning head his eyes focused on the worried yet familiar face in front of him. It took him a few brief moments of confusion to figure out what just happened. Parting his lips to speak all his focus was fixated on her diamond-shaped face, which snagged the attention of every possible person who would glance at that beauty. Her heterochromic eyes displayed the stern expression from the yellow one, while the other serene blue iris reflected her calm but lost inner self. His shallow heartbeat grew rapid upon realizing that she just saved him. The beautiful tender face which probably never experienced any harsh conditions now had a strong aura of confidence around her. His admiring eyes praised her courage which contrasted with her slightly wet eyes where he could see himself in the reflection.
Not only Lin Cian but the members in the whole hall felt the pressure from his father and couldn't move but the young woman's words just made his father stop. So she must be stronger than him or she must be closer to him.
Before even Lin Cian could realize she extended her hand; but Lin Cian slapped her hand from wiping out the drool on his face with her long sleeve. She ignored him and wiped out the drool on his face with her white long sleeve. Lin Cian could speak no more but he tried to argue with her.
Realizing what he wants the young woman "it is just a bloodstain but you are more precious to me than this cloth" her thoughtful look stopped him from arguing. When Lin Cian turned to check others out, "don't worry they have not been harmed" she blurted out immediately.
Lin Cian turned his face to her, his eyelids were too heavy that worried the young woman in front of him. She started to check Lin Cian. When she came very close to him, he extended his hands and get a hold of her nape. pulling her head towards him, he pressed her lips on his lips before fainting.
