Sinopse
An ordinary cultivator - that was the best way to describe Zhao Yunxiao.

As someone ordinary, Zhao Yunxiao did his best to live his ordinary life to the fullest. He was careful and meticulous, doing his best to make sure he understands everything fully instead of jumping into doing things. He knew his limits and did not dream of anything out of reach. Instead, all he wished for was to live a life of freedom.
But one day, he realised that something seemed to be amiss.
Perhaps he was mistaken all along.
Perhaps even the rocks on the ground had their chance to shine under the right circumstances, even if only for the slightest of moments.
This is the tale of an ordinary cultivator... until he was no longer ordinary.

Slice of life xianxia done well. There no cheats, face slapping and 2 dimensional characters. The world building is going slow however what really shines in this novel s the writing quality and chapters. Sometimes the pacing can feel slow however, the the chapter update rate is quite consistent. Overall a 10/10 novel and highly recommend it for someone trying to read a new take on a classic xianxia novel
After a looooooong looooooooong time, i finally found a worthy cultivation novel. Please dont drop the novel and MORE CHAPTERS. Great world building and finally a mc who does not have any type of advantge,and is just aware of his position, and is just trying everything to stay afloat. Grammar’s good and the story is building up for something nice
I love what's going on here, I can usually see a storyline a mile away, but this one has me guessing, and it's keeping my attention at the same time. alot of stories I read end up boring me if I can see what's going on at some level, and the same if it's too transparent, this one has a great middle of the road for me. luv it.

A xianxia version of a companion/escort mission with the most annoying character to make it worse.

U know I'm thinking of giving it lower star rate but the more I'm thinking the more i figure out that there is nothing to critic about this novel. The character development is top notch, the mc is good, world building is not yet because it just the beginning of the story. i really enjoy the slow development of this novel. the humor and slice of life comedy is great to read. It is slow story if you expect a overpower or fate fortune encounter mc you can walk away. No, just stop reading and indulge in your dream like cliché face slapping moments.
Author should focus on writing more chapters per week. it's not fair to release one chapter a week lol. people will loose interest with slow Updates.
