wow such horrible translation, the story is nice but the machine translation is so off, I struggled and had to reread several times to even understand what is happening at some parts. example Yikun, the cloud palm was due to a Yikun year, with great harvests. It was Yikun and early, (I am guess Yikun means bright?). another example "casualty", my actions cause casualty, casualty are ties that bind me by fate. (does casualty mean Karma?).
