Arrogantus reappeared on the battlefield, dark energy radiating around him as he surveyed the chaos. The elves, frenzied and consumed by bloodlust, ignored his shouts for order. Their eyes glowed unnaturally, their faces contorted in expressions of rage. He was high from it; he never wanted it to stop, but if you want to win the war, you have to sacrifice some battles.

"Stop this!" Arrogantus bellowed, his voice booming over the clashing of swords and the screams of the wounded. But his commands fell on deaf ears. The elves, drunk on their bloodlust, couldn't be reasoned with.

He clenched his fists, his pride and fear warring within him. Time was running out, and Lucifer's punishment loomed like a blade over his head. "You leave me no choice," Arrogantus muttered, his voice low but dripping with menace.
