Princess Vittoria Olympia of the Romana family of Olympus
"Do you want to dance?" I bounced in my seat as I looked to Tricia who, I was sure, looked a lot more sober than me.
"You're a Princess you can't dance there," she reminded me.
I waved my hands and smiled, "but it's a 'Nicki Minaj' song. I have to shake my booty."
"We'll dance with you," Allison and Cassandra said together like two haunted dolls.
Yet beggars could not be choosers.
So I hopped off my seat even though Tricia was trying to keep me down. I slipped out of her hold and stuck my tongue out childishly before I jumped down the stairs. Allison and Cassandra followed behind me as we made our way to the dance floor.
People instantly parted for us as we made our way. With the way they looked at me with deep admiration, astonishment, want and slight jealously gave me the confidence I needed as I strutted my way to the centre of the dance floor.
I closed my eyes and allowed the beat of the music to move me as I let my body sway. I knew people were taking pictures and videos but I did not care at that point. For a moment I just wanted to feel normal, yet it seemed I could not get that peace.
"Hold up, hold up, is that Princess Vittoria in the house?" the DJ suddenly stopped the music and the club lights focused on me. Cassandra and Allison excitedly hugged me as if I had just won an Academy Award. Everyone cheered for me as they parted to form a path for me to go to the stage.
My brain was too drunk to think rationally so like an idiot I skipped to the stage and easily climbed the stairs.
"We have Royalty in the house!" he cheered into the mic as the crowd erupted. "We have the founder of sugar baby pioneering, the billionaire, one of the youngest women to be on the Forbes list and of course our favorite Princess."
I waved around like my mother whenever she wore her crown and pranced around like I had just won Miss Universe. When the DJ handed me the mic I knew I was not supposed to but I had tequila and vodka coursing through my veins, everything seemed like a good idea.
I grabbed the mic from him with an excited hop and smile, "Join me and be Victorious!" the crown screamed and instantly the song I had record just this year starting playing in the background. I had never really performed it before but it seemed like the perfect time.
This proved the Pierre situation did not affect me at all and the fact Campbell was engaged mattered to me as much as split milk. They meant absolutely nothing to me.
"Join Princess Vittoria and be victorious!" I sang into the mic as everyone danced, "Sugar baby. Sugar baby. Sugar baby. I want your money. I want your money. I want your money. Be Victorious. Be Victorious. Be Victorious. Turn it up in the club, I got my Gucci bag that sugar daddy bought me. I got five men and they all want a piece."
The crowd sang along with me as I danced around and swayed my hips.
"I just want to say something," I breathed into the mic after I was done singing, "This may be the very last time you see me party for the next year. My father King Mariano of the Romana family of Olympus demanded that I come back home because apparently I've been a very bad girl."
I pointed my thumbs down and the crowd booed with me.
"This is not the last time you will hear of Princess Vitoria Olympia of the Romana family of Olympus. Even in my absence remember men will break your heart! They will promise you the world then snatch it away from you because some luscious blonde haired model snuck her claws into them," my ranting started out normal but halfway through I broke into a fit of tears.
"I will never leave my sugar baby ways. You should all remember that this is the day that Princess Vittoria-" I let out a scream as I took a wrong step and instantly fell off the stage.
From there things were a blur of taking shots and dancing on tables.
I woke up the next morning with a painful groan. My whole body felt wrecked and by the feeling of death, I knew my hang over was going to hit hard.
When I climbed off the bed I was surprised to find I was still dressed in the same clothes as last night. Tricia probably managed to bring me home. I stumbled to the bathroom, undressed then threw myself into the shower.
Forty minutes later I was dressed in a black band shirt that reached my mid-thigh, I wore it with red thigh high stiletto boots and covered my eyes with sunglasses to hide the bags under my eyes.
The penthouse was completely empty this morning which was out of the ordinary but I did not care. The less noise the better. None of my car keys were there strangely but the café I needed to be at was just a walking distance away. I could bless everyone with the sight of me.
I walked to the café and ordered my usual. They knew me so well that from the moment I walked in they already started prepping my order. However when it was time to pay my card suddenly declined, "I think it's your machine."
"We can try again Princess," the barista bowed as she held out the machine. We tried again but it declined. We repeated the process with my four other cards but the outcome was all the same.
Luckily I had cash so I simply paid then I was on my way. As I walked back home I pulled out my phone to call Aurora but was met with the automated voice that said 'This service is no longer available.'
"What the hell?" I stopped in the middle of the side walk and tried to text her instead, but it also did not go through. My confusion grew more and more.
Nothing made sense.
"Aurora!" I yelled as I entered my house, "What is going on!"
Just as I turned around and walked into the foyer I was met with the hazel eyes of my older brother. By his facial expression I knew this was not a friendly visit.
