Because Mo Yan was able to get along with the clients on the first day, Mo Yan was chosen to work on the project. The order was not very big, but it was not very small either.

According to the clients' feedback, Mo Yan revised the plan several times. Because of how much time she had invested into this project, after half a month, Mo Yan had lost six to seven pounds. This really made Xu Wan's heart ache. Whenever she was able to catch Mo Yan, she would pull her to a restaurant to eat.

Luo Tao seemed to be busy as well. Occasionally, when Mo Yan returned home early, he was nowhere to be seen.

After Mo Yan finished cooking dinner, she placed the food in the incubator and waited for him to come back to eat. There were a few times when Mo Yan was too tired and fell asleep on the sofa. However, the next day, she would find herself lying on her bed.

The two of them maintained a strange tacit understanding. Neither of them inquired about what the other was doing.
