Okay, I just realised. I forgot to ask about my appearance, you can't blame me though, god didn't exactly give me any time to make a request before reincarnating me.

In the cave where veldora is sealed, a young blond man opened his eyes. He looked around himself curiously. After a while, he held his head in pain. 3,000 years' worth of memories merged with his.
From how to control mana to activating complex spells, he got everything! after what seemed like an eternity, he sighed in relief. The pain was finally gone!
He played around with the mana circulating in his body, creating small fires and water bobbles. He also tried to activate his demon mode, but sadly, he couldn't.
With the memorise he acquired, he decided to activate a spell for detecting life essence. He could see the souls of various monsters around himself, most of them were mindless and weak, but two were different.
He knew that these two were Rimurus and Veldoras, and it seemed like they were together right now. So he decided to teleport next to them.
'Maybe I should break veldoras seal, but then the timeline will be completely fucked... well, it's not my problem~' he thought as he teleported in front of veldoras seal.
Rimuru was about to swallow up Veldora but got stopped by the young man who used the spell, Perfect Cube on him, trapping him in a seal.
Rimuru tried to analyze the seal and break free, but couldn't. His skills and abilities got deactivated.
Both Veldora and Rimuru were startled, but he ignored both of them. He touched Veldoras seal and muttered "Absolute Cancel" after a while, cracks started to appear on the seal.
Veldora roared "what are you doing! release my friend now!" he got ignored "oyyy! stop ignoring me!" the young man scratched his head "umm can't you see I'm doing something, I will explain everything later... just give 5 minutes okay"
Veldora was left speechless. He knew he couldn't do anything, so he decided to wait and see what happens.
After 5 minutes, the seal was completely destroyed! the young man removed his Perfect Cube from Rimuru, setting him free.
Rimuru hopped to the young man and said/thought "What did you just do?! even using my skill, it would take a while to break the seal!- oh! sorry! I'm I being rude? My name is Rimuru by the way! and the one you set free is my friend Veldora..." he made a slime bow and added "Thank you for setting him free... it would have taken me a while to do it, so thanks"
The young man said sheepishly "Don't worry about it, I was only passing by and decided to help..." he made a thinking pose "But it quite unusual, to see a talking slime... are you unique?" obviously, he knew the answer but still asked.
Veldora decided to chime in "Don't you think it's about time to explain yourself?" he used some of his aura to make himself more intimidating.
The young man thought about something, he then said "ummm believe it or not, but I'm an otherworlder..., you see, I got killed in my previous world and reincarnated as a demon here... that's all I guess"
Rimuru said "you too! I got reincarnated as well! wait! are you from Earth?" the young man nodded "yeh, from japan, you?" Rimuru said "me too, haha seems like my quest to find otherworlders is complete!"
Veldora gave Rimuru a deadpan expression. He trusted others too easily!
Veldora gave up on reasoning at this point and decided to trust the young man, after all, he did set him free "so what's your name?" asked Veldora
The young man said "don't have any..." Veldora sighed "do you want me to name you?" the young man thought 'well, since his offering why not? plus, I was going to ask him to name me anyways, he just made it easier on me'
"sure, why not... but don't give me a crappy name" Veldora laughed "hahaha don't worry, I'm the best at naming!" he made a thinking pose, not fitting a dragon. And after a while, he said "how about Cresil?"
The young man said "Cresil... huh... not bad" Veldora said "it's decided then! from now on!your name is Cresil Tempest!" nearly all of Veldoras magicules were used as soon as he named Cresil.
Cresils body got enveloped in black mist. After a while, the mist disappeared, Cresil's body went through minor changes. His hair now had a mix of black and blond with his height increasing by 5 cm.
Overall, he looked like Melioads with minor differences.
And just like that, Cresil has already changed the outcome of the world. The storm dragon Veldora was released, who knows what chaos this will create.
