Eden continued, "The black market operates much like a regular market. It serves as a central hub for acquiring goods that are scarce or difficult to find through legal means. The only difference is that it's much harder to access, known only to a select few who have the right connections."

So-Rin furrowed her brows, still trying to grasp the concept. "But where is it located? Aren't black markets illegal?"

Eden nodded in agreement and clarified, "Yes, that's true. Neo Arcadia is renowned for its technological advancements and strict regulations. However, even in such a highly regulated city, hidden places exist where illegal activities like the black market can exist."

So-Rin nodded, starting to comprehend the situation. "So, why do people risk participating in the black market? Isn't it dangerous?"
