The next day came, and Aoi was back at school like her regular day. Everything that had happened the day before felt like a dream.

Not only did she wake up to see Ken was no longer in her house, she also found out her parents were going to take her abroad to study, their way of protecting her.

Aoi was angered by the news, but she knew there was little she could do. So, she went along with it.

Arriving at school, she did her usual routine of speaking to the students about the rules and regulations, helping the teachers and other student body related duties.

Sometimes, she'd stylishly sneak past Ken's class room just to take a glance of him, but from the 24 times she tried, not once did she see him in class.

Before she knew it, it was the end of class and everyone was already on their way home.

Aoi packed her bag and sprinted over to the playground in hopes of seeing Ken, since she knew he always spent his time there.
