Power Scaling
Observation Haki scaling:
- Beginner 1: basic increased awareness, ability to sense surroundings
- Beginner 2: increase in B1 abilities as well as predicting attacks by reading muscle movement of your enemy, strength sensing
- Beginner 3 increase in above as well as intent and emotion sensing
- Mastery 1 (future vision 1-3 Seconds)
- Mastery 2 (Future Vision 3- 10 seconds; limit)
- Mastery 3 ???
- Special Ability: Voice of all (living) things
Armament Scaling:
- Beginner 1 Harden body
- Beginner 2 Imbuement into weapons
- Beginner 3 Harden Whole body, general increase in strength and more control, reacts automatically
- Mastery 1 Emission
- Mastery 2 Internal Destruction
- Mastery 3 ???
Conquereror's scaling:
- Beginner 1 weaker opponents turn unconscious
- Beginner 2 ability to chose whom to affect
- Beginner 3 lets you weaken the fighting power of opponents even if they stay conscious
- Mastery 1 Imbuement, strengthens armament
- Mastery 2 Observation Killing
- Mastery 3 ???
Power levels with criteria:
- Civilians (Civilians)
- 4 Blues Pirate (your average thug pirate with almost no bounty, slightly stronger physical skills or combat techniques)
The next few tiers will simply be bounties, as people with a 30 Million bounty for example could be a captain in the 4 blues, a high ranking member in the first half of the grand line or a simple thug in one of the Yonko's crews.
-10 - 20 Million bounty (Don Krieg, Captain Kuro, mediocre captains in the 4 blues)
- 20 - 50 Million bounty (Buggy, Foxy, weak pirates with mediocre DF)
- 50 - 100 Million bounty (Bellamy, slightly stronger pirate)
- 100 - 200 Million (relatively strong physical strength or strong Devil Fruit)
- 200 - 500 Million Bounty (Haki awakened, at least one form, strong physique)
Now this is where the ranking becomes harder. How will Devil Fruit mastery influence Haki and the other way around? Is conqueror's Haki really worth as much fighting power as Armament or Observation? Do you even need Armament if you have a strong Logia for example, and how strong are sword techniques? For that reason I will only state examples with no specific requirements like earlier.
