The next day Mike woke up and took a shower before getting dressed and started to make breakfast when he asked the system
"System, do you think I should use the Fireball skill book or say that I have made it"
The system responded saying
[That is for you to decide as you are the Host but I recommend you use the skill Book incase of a dungeon break or if you are needing a way to defend yourself]
Mike remembered seeing on the hunter's website that a dungeon break was an occasion where the mana in a dungeon was to much for the dungeon to take and causes an unstable rift to appear and allowing monsters to flood into their world
After some time of thought Mike decided to use the book and when he opened it he saw a message say that he had learned the skill and quickly checked it out

Mana Cost: 15 mana
Mike saw that the spell had a level on it and an Exp rating before he asked the system
"System, am I able to level up my spells?"
As Mike started to clean the dishes and get dressed the system said while showing a cartoon character killing a goblin and attacking a scarecrow before saying
[Indeed, as the Sovereign Of Magic you can level up your spells by killing monsters in the dungeons and using them on training equipment that will be available in your Magic Shop]
As Mike put on his jacket he asked the system before leaving his apartment to go to the Hunters Headquarters
"Can you tell me anything else about the Magic shop"
The system replied with a frowned face emoji before saying
[In order for you to know more you must build your magic shop]
After Mike left the apartment he called called another taxi and went downtown towards the hunters Headquarters and when Mike had reached his destination he paid the driver before leaving the taxi and entered the building that was at least 20 stories tall and saw some attendants behind the desk and stood in line before a silver haired woman said
"I can help you over here"
Once Mike had walked over he said to the woman
"Umm hi I would like to register as a hunter"
The woman pulled out a document and gave Mike a pen before saying
"To register as a hunter you will need to fill out this application form and submit it before and examiner can see you showcase your skills and abilities for your ranking" Mike took the pen and clipboard and said before he went to be sit down on a sofa that was in the lobby
"Thank you so much"
As Mike started to fill out his registration form he heard a man yell at the front desk before he slammed his hand on the top of the desk
"I am a B-Rank hunter! I demand to be allowed entry to a B-Rank dungeon!"
The same woman behind the desk said as she tried to calm the man down
"Please calm down sir, I can submit a request to the Dungeon Keepers to fix your issue"
The man yelled even louder and said as she grabbed the woman's shirt
"I have already sent 8 requests and I was still denied!"
Just then a women with scarlet red hair wearing a black leather jacket with some jeans grabbed the man's arm and said as one of her eyes glowed purple
"Jim Harken age 32 class wizard with only a common lightning bolt and water jet skill while your level is only 6"
The man was dumbfounded and tried freeing his arm from the women only to feel her grip get tighter before the women said as the man was on his knees in pain
"If you were to enter a B-Rank dungeon then I'm afraid that you won't survive it"
Soon after some security guards arrived and started to haul the man who had his arm bent in different directions to the front door before the women spotted Mike staring at her before she smiled and her eye turned purple before it turned red
Mike after seeing the women stare straight at him quickly turned around and continued to write his information on the document before he heard the women with scarlet hair say as she sat down in the chair next to Mike while staring at him
"Hey there"
Mike avoided eye contact and continued writing as his hands started shaking while the women just stared at Mike before saying while Mike continued to avoid eye contact while he began to sweat
"The names Violet, what's your name"
Mike didn't reply and stayed as quiet as a mouse before Violet snatched the document and said after looking at the document
"Micheal Grant, oh you are a wizard with a fireball spell and three language skills now that's quite rare"
Mike slowly reached for the clipboard before violet grabbed his hand and had her eye turn purple only to have it turn red again before she handed Mike a card with a flaming eagle on it as she said
"Not much of a talker are you, well I'm sure you might need a guild once you register as a hunter and I'm sure me and my sister would use a man like you"
Mike reluctantly took the card and the clipboard before saying
"T-Thank y-you"
Violet smiled and patted mikes head as she said jokingly
"So you can speak, Good boy"
Once Violet had left the building Mike let out a sigh of relief before taking the clipboard to the front desk and said to the clerk while his hands still trembled a little
"H-Here is my registration form"
The women looked at Mike and said as she stood up
"Please follow me for your examination where you will demonstrate your skills and abilities"
Mike took a deep breath and followed the lady
However Violet was on the phone with someone as she said while staring at Mike through the window of her car outside before driving away once Mike disappeared out of site
"Hey sis, I think I found something interesting, hire an private investigator to find what they can on a man named Michael James Grant"
