On the following day, October 11, 1857, a serene afternoon Sunday.

Philip could be seen strolling outside the Alma Inn. He was dressed immaculately in a formal black suit, sporting a black top hat. Around his neck, he wore a black bow tie, which stood out in stark contrast against his crisp white collared shirt.

As he walked along the cobblestone pavement, Philip took a moment to adjust his silver eyewear, allowing him to scrutinize the row of adjacent buildings that formed a city block. 

"Just as expected." Philip sighed to himself. "I was unknowingly manipulated and didn't pay enough attention to my surroundings."

The Alma Inn was situated across from Bryxton University, with a road and a cluster of trees separating the two. However, the inn's back faced the university, with another building nestled between, just standing behind the inn
