Escreva uma avaliaçãoI see music, I vote. Synopsis is pretty confusing but ehhh it's music!! That's definitely a great reason for you to vote for a novel. I have high hopes for you, young man. (or novel?? lol)
Website : qidian china Views : 790thousand Rating : 8.2(181 ratings) Chapters : 835 Status : ongoing Word count : 2.83million.................................
HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! I am so MAD with the reviews!!! What were they doing putting a review without even reading a freaking chapter!!! You just can't put a review based on the synopsis!!! What do they want? A whole story for a synopsis? This novel is very well transaled, could be a great novel for publication. The character so far is very well introduced and the music that the novel is using isn't cheap music. As a musician myself and one who play music at church this book really is my fantasy book. I would have read it in raw, if only I knew how to read Chinese character and understand it well, huhuhu... HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
An intriguing blend of magic, mystery and murder set in Victorian England. The protagonist is initially your abandoned talentless orphan, struggling to survive in a world where musicians dominate the magic society. Rapidly caught up in a web of intrigue, he searches for his heritage as Easterner in a world where King Arthur mythos has morphed into madness-stricken royalty, rebellious nobles and hidden powers pulling spuppet trings. The author has cleverly blended the characters of Sherlock Holmes, famous musical composers and shades of Chuthulu into a detective story which is distinctly different from the traditional sword and magic storytelling. Whilst character development is still somewhat a one-dimensional path of orphan to overload with budding romance subplots, it is still worth a read, if only for the novelty of a different genre.
Music is the food for soul and the soul of this master is a glutton. A novel without music is lika an Oreo without the cream, it taste good but it feels like there's something missing. Nuf said
I am so confuzzled what does music and Satan have to do with each other???🧐. Maybe it is trying to say music is evil...🤔
I am very much reminded of .... D.Grayman Am I alone on this? 😅 Not really sure why but I always seem to compare certain aspects of the story to the anime... White-hair, dark-magician father, and the atmosphere of the world. :3
A bit of a slow start, but hooks you in once it’s started. Interesting characters with unique personalities, and relationships that make sense. Big fan of the magic system and the world, or what little we know of it. Definitely has potential to be a very good novel with plenty of excitement and thrills
I don't know what to say,.... Become the strongest musician, my god Its a novel.. A novel.. Am I going to expect that the author will type a lot of lyrics here? Or doremi or notes if its high pitch or low? I'm thinking of "the voice"(without voice) novel version -_-
Revelar SpoilerCover is misleading? 😈 Synopsis doesn’t explain anything!😁 We already got a male main lead whose dad is missing 😱 Nothing to say but expecting this to be comedy/fantasy/music with some transmigration/game element
Music is love. Music is life. I mostly read mangas about music and haven't read about Music in novels. Well, there are some instances in some novels but they were mostly zither or qin. Will this have a Guitar? Drums? Flutes or other modern instruments? If yes, then I'm definitely following it.
So far a pretty good story about a world where Music is the only way to harness magic power and fight the evils that prey on humanity. In the first 20 chapters it manages to make you laugh and hit you in the feels. The musical descriptions are also really well done. If you're interested at the idea of Musician mages at all I recommend giving it a read.
Let me be 100% honest about this review. The first 55 chapters of this book are written in a tone of misery and hardwork. This rest of the book is written to show the ridiculous hardwork the protagonist puts in. In one word the book is about misery of people without talent. I do not know what the author was trying to tell the reader by writing this book. The book is mostly about hardships of the protagonist. I personally am not a fan of book in which the protagonist puts in a lots of hardwork and gets close to nothing results.
I will tell you, this is interesting Novel, a bit confusing at first, and you feel like kill the MC, but is getting better when you read more chapter. In short word if I too describe is from MUSIC TO DARK SIDE DETECTIVE. Well our MC is strange his developmant never change his strong vision. Good side - Thriller - Mystery - Music - from weak to strong - well background Bad side - the author love use analogy or methapor like hyperbola (it make you dizzy at least it just first chappy) - this is not for beginner reader So have you thought this novel too? Well even a bit bad in the first chappy, this novel I recomended for you who love strong fantasy story with mystery that make you want to dig and dig again.
It is very interesting I feel like I'm not reading a translated novel but a full on english novel. The way the author use his words to describe the story and the narration is all on top level. The story development is also straight to the point, well atleast it doesn't use up 3 chapters just to describe what MC is doing, in like some wuxia novels - won't name names. I don't want be hunted haha. A lot of twist and turns, in a very exciting and thrilling way. Whew, so much to say but you just gonna have to read the novel yourself to know what I'm talking about. ✌
Rough around the edges, but overall it's interesting enough to give readers a good read. The world building could've been great, but the author gives us confusing infos, there're gods, but how many? What do you get from a convenant with a God? What kind of instrument are there? What are the effect of each instrument? The system/levels? Are some questions that might surface when you read this novel. Character-wise they're great, the emotion of each meeting and separation could be felt easily. Plot-wise is already good coupled with the world building. Honestly, the lore/world is interesting if you could spare a few braincells to visualize this story as a blank paper. Just imagine the world, by each word, don't put in any visualization you might have from cultivation novels. Think of this one as a western novel.
Music?! I’m voting for this novel then. Honestly, we needs more novels concerning other genre besides arrogant young masters seeking death on every pathway.
One of the few good novels in this website. I started reading this with no expectation at all, only because of the music genre. It did not help when the first few tens of chapter are kind of bland and boring. Although due to that, the world building is done properly and consistently . The characters are also well made. At least, it is not carbon copy to other novels with hot-blooded genius, prodigy etc. Same goes with other side characters. The story is going good all the way up to chapter 90+, and I suggest to read the novel up to this chapter to know wether it fits your taste or not. What this novel lacks are excitement and fortuitous encounters(lol), though there might be in the future.
I’m sad that this isn’t Silent Clown... I misread it as such, and it would have made such a good title! Like a mime, but better! Think of it, if this was the silent clown, you’d have a cultivating mime running around being a badass while being like, “You’re in a box! Let me pull it with this invisible rope.”
