Capítulo 72: the tournament

After surveying the arena where the tournament was about to take place, they set out to find their seats. In the midst of this, a fellow student approached them and said, "Hey, have you checked out the odds?"

"Charles! Where's the betting area for us?" Oliver inquired, his face brimming with excitement at the prospect of placing bets.

"Follow me!" Charles exclaimed, waving his hand for the two to follow him.

The two followed Charles to the betting area, where they found a counter with three people taking bets. They joined the line and, eventually, it was their turn.

"Hello, guys! The minimum bet is 25 bronze coins!"

Upon hearing this, Lucca placed 25 silver coins on the counter, while Oliver placed 20 silver coins. The attendant collected the coins, handed them some forms, and cautioned, "Fill these out, but pay attention to the option you choose! I hate taking money from kids just because you were careless."
