Running towards the explosion the three young girls arrived at the main hall of the house to find the main doorway blown open with a single figure obscured by a large dust cloud.
"You two stay up here." Cebrail ordered the two girls to stay at the top of the staircase and while Rias believed this to be her rescue crew and wanted to go down Sona held her back by the arm.
"Sona! What are you doing?!?" She yelled attempting to snatch her arm away from her friend.
"Rias! We need to stay out of this!" Sona yelled back.
"That's our help, our ticket to escape!"
"Rias, look again."
Though irritated she listened to Sona's words and turned her attention back to the front entranceway where she saw a little girl which was completely unfamiliar to her.
She was a slightly tan girl with grey hair that seemed to have two strange ornaments on each side, beautiful but sadistic sea green eyes. She wore clothes that in truth were something that a child such as herself shouldn't be wearing. Her top was ridiculously small, only just covering the basic minimum, a bottom that resembled bloomers, and frilly nearly see through stockings which emphasized the absolute territory very purposefully. Perhaps if she were older she would turn the heads of men everywhere however now as a child she looked cute but a bit ridiculous as well.
"The names Cthylla daughter of the cadre Sahariel. How'd you like my flashy entrance!" The Cadre princess announced herself in quite the bombastic manner however, rather than pay much attention to that Cebrail's eyes drifted to the ring on the child's finger.
"I see that you're one of Solomon's chosen. Is there a reason for your visit?"
"I came to defeat you soundly and become the first of the chosen to defeat another!"
"...Right…" Cebrail said it like she didn't believe the Fallen Angel in front of her.
"Before we fight, tell me, what is your Royal Authority? Mine is the ability to detect the truth whether it be in the past, present, or future!"
"That's a pretty convenient ability."
"I know right!"
"Mine allows me to grant pleasure to anything I touch."
"Huh… that's it?"
"What do you mean?" Cebrail seemed confused by the girl's lackluster response to the reveal of her Royal Authority. She wasn't offended per say but she did feel the girl's response could be better.
"HAHAHAHAHAHA! I knew you were weak but that's crazy! How are you even a king's candidate!"
"Agreed, often I too wonder why I was chosen."
"Listen here… uhh…"
"Cebrail Caritas daughter of Gabriel."
"Well Cebrail I shall be the one to take the seat as the one true king and you shall be my first step to that goal!"
("Cebrail, you mustn't take this girl lightly. Her Light power is nearly at the level of being considered immense!") Reginleif warned in Cebrail's head, she was watching from a distance as to not get the Norse mythology faction mixed up in this incident as well as to avoid getting hurt if Sirzechs wasn't as peaceful about the situation as Cebrail thought he might be.
"Whatever…" Cebrail blew this warning off as nothing particularly of note. She even scratched her head with an exasperated sigh like an old man dealing with young kids.
Cthylla revealing all of her exceptionally sharp and pointed teeth in a toothy grin summoned a single slimy tentacle.
"I don't think I like where this is going…" Cebrail commented with suspicion. She knew what kind of world this was. It was the world of a Hentai! And she's seen enough Hentai to know what tentacles mean.
"Are you ready?"
"What kind of idiot asks their opponent if they're ready?"
"I'm no idiot! I just like fair play!"
"Alright. Then I'm ready." Cebrail confirmed her readiness and a beam of light instantly shot out from the tip of the Cadre Princesses tentacle.
The beam was easily dodged by a small tilt of Cebrails head but Cthylla seemed proud of herself.
"Fufufu, you could barely dodge my first attack! What will you do about the next ones!"
"???" While Cebrail was stunned by confusion as she tried to process the Fallen Angels words the tentacle wrapped itself around her leg and slammed her into the wall of the house before dragging her body through the place haphazardly.
"BWHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!" Cthylla laughed happily as she did so as confidence in her victory was building.
"Sona! Your friend is getting completely steamrolled!" Rias said frantically, she was actually somewhat enjoying seeing Cebrail being thrown around. It felt like the world was punishing her for being so rude to the heiress of the Gremory household, however she was somewhat afraid about what would happen if Cthylla won the fight.
Sona however was quiet as she watched with intense focus. She had always felt Cebrail was far stronger than she usually let on so this was a chance to actually see the Seraphim Princess fight.
Soon Cebrail was smashed to the floor with a huge crash creating a large crater.
"Fufufufu, ready to concede?" Cthylla asks arrogantly, but gets no response in return. "Huh? Hey Cebrail?"
"Yes?" Cebrail's voice sounded from behind her causing her to turn around in shock. Behind her at the doorway was Cebrail completely unscathed.
("Cthylla that girl may be more trouble than we first suspected. She put up a barrier and teleported the moment before she took any damage.") Cthylla's retainer informed.
"What? Then what have I been swinging around???" Cthylla retracted her tentacle to look at the object in its clutches more closely. It was a log?
Well it was until a barrier suddenly enveloped the area and the ordinary long was swapped out for a slowly ticking bomb.
"WAIT WHAT!" Was all Cthylla could get out before an explosion rocketed her backwards past Cebrail and through the hole that once was the doorway.
"When you died in your past life were you young Cthylla?" Cebrail questioned walking towards where the Fallen Angel had landed.
"Define young…" Cthylla said, almost grunting with pain as her wounds healed.
(She heals fast as well it seems.) Cebrail took note of the girl's healing factor but her clear lack of pain tolerance.
"If I had to guess, you were 14 or 15."
"You got me, I was 15 when I was murdered…"
"Murdered?"
"...Yeah…" Cthylla very visibly didn't want to talk about her death in her previous life, likely due to embarrassment from the slight blush on her cheeks.
"You remember how you died?" Cebrail asked, a bit surprised by this fact.
"Well yeah, why wouldn't I?"
"You must be an exception."
"Err no? From what Solomon said everyone except Rizevim, who wasn't born with Solomon's Ring, should have been born with all of their past life's memories as a benefit of Solomon's Wisdom."
Cebrail narrowed her eyes before looking at her ring with visible irritation.
(That complete prick Solomon.) Cebrail thought harshly cursing the wise king in her mind.
A tentacle shot out towards Cebrail which she dodged, however the tentacle twisted and pointed its tip directly at Cebrail's face firing a laser of sea green light.
"I got ya that time!" Cthylla bragged only to find Cebrail having blocked the attack with defensive magic though she was pushed back a bit by the raw power of the blast.
"Cthylla you don't fight very often do you?" Cebrail questioned another barrier enveloping both herself and the Fallen Angel.
Instantly Cebrail was behind Cthylla with her blessed dagger directly at her neck.
Cthylla's eyes widened in shock but just as she was about to counter attack Cebrail backed away.
"The world of your previous life must have been quite peaceful."
("Cthylla that barrier of hers seems to be a Sacred Gear. You mustn't let yourself be caught in it anymore.") Cthylla's retainer warned in her head.
"How-How come you're so on the money with your guesses????"
"Well it wasn't that hard, you're rather green kid." Cebrail began walking towards Cthylla once again. "You need to learn how to focus during combat. You should only speak as much as you do when you have more experience."
Cthylla stared at Cebrail with a smirk and summoned a wall of sea green light spears in the shape of lances.
"Well let me guess something about you!" The Cadre Princess raised her hand into the air dramatically. "In your previous life I bet you were pretty rich, never having to go hungry nor anything of the like! You have that vibe to you! Rich girls like you always think you know so much, you look down on everyone else as if just by your birth you're better than everyone else!"
Cthylla lowered her arm firing all of the lances towards Cebrail. "I won't be lectured by someone who has never suffered a day in their life!"
First confrontation between Cebrail and Cthyll, likely the first of many.
