Capítulo 67: Chapter Sixty-six

"You what?" I gape, that was the least thing I'd expected to hear, maybe they were messing around or something but not this.

"Yeah and now he's overheating and getting delirious." Neruda says with a tinge of panic.

Thoughts are storming through my head a mile a minute but I decide not to think, I needed to get Cyril cool first before his brain fried.

"I'll be right back." I mutter to them, walking towards the bedroom, Cyril is practically climbing up Neruda's body now and the Hellhound looks way out of his league.

I shake my head, of course just because he was someone else's soul mate didn't mean… I rub my face with a hand, shit, this is a disaster.

Quickly, I get a dainty ceramic bowl, fill it with cool water and snag some hand towels before making my way out.

"Do you know what's wrong with him?" Neruda asks in concern when I get to the bed with the items in hand.
