Capítulo 3: Japan
"Japan, hmm?" Stepping out of the plane, I carefully looked around. I get amazed each second I lay my eyes on my surroundings. Damn, their airport is a hundred times better than my country's.
It has been days since I'd contacted my group of friends except Ella, who spent the time with me before we left.
"That girl has probably reached her new home now."
I really need a cigarette right now. ah, my addiction's kicking up again.
My family along with the passengers were escorted to a place where we would pick up our baggage.
I heard that there's free wifi in here and so I opened my phone to turn on my wifi. I'm guessing my phone's packed with Ella's messages and messages from my acquaintances.
Since I can't be bothered to reply to everyone, I'd rather post one in my story. With that in thought, I took a picture of myself and waited for the wifi to connect for it to upload.
Ah, I'm so handsome. Can't help being narcissistic when you're me.
And as soon as the wifi connected, my phone notification rang continuously.
I checked and most of the messages were from Ella while some were from my classmates that I had good relations with.
I opened my chat with Ella and read the contents.
[Message me when you've arrived in japan.]
[Safe travels, dear.]
[I'm currently on my way to our new house.]
A bunch of random messages, and so on...
Her recent message was [I've just arrived in my new room, so dead tired... I love you.]
What's eyecatching though was the picture attached to it showing a mirror shot of her with her upper body naked and her tits as the highlight.
Mhmm, I got quite aroused.
I couldn't help but send a reply. [I've just arrived too, quite tired from the trip. Send me more later.]
"Eli, quit playing with your phone and we're leaving now." A rough voice sounded in my ears and my body turned stiff instinctively.
I looked at the source and saw that it was my father, Taiga, who had an annoyed look while staring at me. My father is quite the strict man, he used to beat me whenever I made a mistake, I forgot when he stopped though.
The beatings, although harsh, were quite effective since I can't disobey him after that.
A woman stood at his side with a kind gentle smile on her face, my mother, Erika. My mother was strict as well but not to the point she would punish me with force, rather, she would treat me gently.
"Yes father" I answered monotonously while I followed them from behind, dragging my baggage in hand.
"You still haven't changed your way of treating our boy, Taiga. You promised me, remember?"
"I know, but how will our child inherit the company if he keeps on acting like that."
"Again with the company... We should just support what our child wants."
"Enough, let's talk about this in another time."
I could hear what my parents were talking about since they didn't even bother to hide their conversation. To be honest, I'd want to work in my father's company but I still want to enjoy my youth before all that. When would I ever feel free.
We walked for a few minutes and finally reached the exit, a man in a suit walked towards us and gave a slight bow.
"Goodmorning, Sir and Ma'am."
This guy is too polite, are all japs like this?
He then led us towards a black car parked on the side of the road, opening the passenger door, he gestured for us to enter.
"Bring my family first to our new house then send me off to the company building."
My father ordered after everyone entered the car.
Really, my father is a certified workaholic man, he would probably pick his company more than me and mother if he was forced to choose who to save. I honestly detest this side of him.
I fell asleep along the journey since it's my first time travelling in a plane and it made my body tired.
"Wake up, Eli. We're already here." I heard my mother's voice and it woke me up from my dreamless sleep.
"Ah, mom?" I sluggishly asked. I just woke up and so my mind's still foggy.
"Let's go, I need you to help bring the luggage out." Mother held my hands and dragged me outside gently. Father and the driver helped us remove the luggage inside.
"Notify the housekeeper and he'll be the one to bring the luggage inside, help him out Eli." Father said this before he set off.
Now that I got a clear look of our new home, my expression could be pretty much summarized in one word, amazed."This looks awesome."
It was what you could call, a modern mansion, it wasn't that wife but it was three stories tall. Quite weirdly shaped as well, straying from the conventional means of design.
Since we're living in a nice subdivision, we were allowed to customize the design of our house which made it stand out among the others. I forgot to mention that my mother's an architect, she was the one who planned every part of our building.
Honestly, this is different from what I expected, I thought we would be living in a house like those from the anime but I guess, reality and fantasy are different.
The housekeeper walked out of the house and went towards us, he then greeted us in a very polite way. Japs are really polite!
We were led by him inside with our luggages in tow. "I had the maids prepare food for the both of you, madam and young master. It must have been a long journey and so, having a taste of japanese cuisine would be good before you rest."
The man's unusually talkative but not in a creepy way, in fact, it made him look dependable and quite approachable.
After eating with my mother and my hunger sated, I was led to my room in the second floor, It's larger compared to my previous room and it was only designed with a large bed with a tv in front. I guess I need to ask my mother to buy me some furniture and a computer.
What's amazing though is that I have a balcony with an oval shaped, small table plus a pair of chairs. Ha... I can finally smoke privately whenever I want to.
After sorting out my luggage, it was already night time and father came home looking worn out but I could see him smile often while he and mom conversed. I guess the company's doing pretty well.
Of course, being a strict father he is. I was ordered to learn Japanese during summer. Well, what did I expect on my first day. Father handed me books on english to japanese, vocabulary, etc..
My day ended with me exchanging messages with Ella, and had a video call with her.
I'm really looking forward to my life in japan...
