The home and permanent ruling place of Maou Mazoku, the god of death, and the world of the dead... 

The plane looked barren and desolate; the skies were crimson red, with dark clouds covering most of them. It looked like a desert, with nothing of importance in sight, save for the very tall castle where the god of the dead presided and lived. 

But just six feet underground, below the seemingly peaceful yet barren landscape, was another world on its own—the world of the dead. 

It was the place where the souls of those who couldn't rest in peace at death found themselves, burning in eternal flames fuelled by their unfulfilled desires, crying out for closure.
