Having come to a collective decision to let Ronald confront Lucius, Dumbledore allowed the impatient, shouting and furious man to enter his office.
" WHERE IS HE!? WHERE IS THE WEASLEY BRAT WHO SENT- YOU!!!"
Lucius didn't waste his time, which was made apparent by his deafening shouts as soon as he entered. They came to an abrupt end when he noticed the Crimson Haired Boy standing a few feet in front of him.
Clenching his cane as tightly as he could Lucius was about to stomp his way towards Ron but Dumbledor's aged voiced halted him.
" Good afternoon Mr. Malfoy. I'm guessing you have traveled all the way here to receive an appropriate answer as to why your only son is currently in the Hospital Wing of the School. Please have a seat so we can begin to discuss the accident and give you a satisfactory answer."
Hearing the old Wizard's "Kind" words the blond nobleman wanted to cuss him out and beat the child who'd hurt his son yet considering the considerable difference in their respective strengths he restrained himself.
" There is nothing that needs to be discussed! I demand that this "Boy" be expelled immediately from Hogwarts! Else I as the Chairman of Hogwart's Board of Governors will bring this matter in our next meeting and make sure it happens then!"
That however didn't make him agree to the presented terms and his constant glare towards Ron. Who's expression stayed the same with his fixed grin as if he hadn't done anything wrong.
" Oh, is that right? I do so ever wonder how someone incompetent such as yourself ever got to hold that position? Bribery, Blackmail, or -"
" How dare you! Who are you to speak to me!? You're nothing than a poor and lowly Weasley who's trying to cling to the Black Family!"
Done insulting the boy who was several years his junior, Lucius had expected for either the tiny Charms Professor or Dumbledore to speak up on the Ron's defense yet they neither did. Oddly enough their silence felt unnatural given the situation and he couldn't help but reminisce that day at the Greengrass estate.
" Is that all? You don't believe that I have enough standing to speak with you as equals?"
" Of course! I am-"
Ron wasn't going to lose his momentum and cut him off before continuing.
" You are correct, i am a Weasley that is a fact. However that is not all that I am, I wonder if your precious son failed to mention that I'm the current Heir to the Prewett Family!"
Lucius was quick to notice what Ron was trying to do and tried to speak up but was cut off again.
" So what!? You're the Heir to a dying Family! That's inco-"
" As for me being a supposed "Fake" Black Family member why don't you ask my Ancestor if I am one or not?"
Prof. Flitwick was quietly spectating everything and when Ron brought up his "Ancestor" he looked over to the past Headmaster's Portrait. Lucius was too late to retort back when an annoyed voice began to sound behind the seated Hogwart's Headmaster.
" Eh, who has the gall to call my descendant "Fake" in front of myself!? I Phineas Nigellus Black dare you to utter such nonsense again!?"
Lucius's face was quickly drained of it's colour when he the Portrait began to speak. As a former Slytherin and Pureblood he knew who the man was, and what position he held in the almost non-existent Black Family.
"* Damn it!!! For the old headmaster to defend him, he must be a Black! This makes things so much more complicated and difficult... No! I won't give in so easily! I'm a Malfoy! We're not that distant in status as the Black Family specially in their crumbling state.*"
" Lord Phineas! Forgive me for greeting your esteemed self, but this matter is very delicate and I would kindly ask for you to see the situation objectively."
Lucius's sudden change in tone only caught Prof. Flitwick off guard as for Dumbledore and Ron they found it normal albeit a bit laughable.
" You said you're the current head of the Malfoy Family, right!? I am not so bored as to interfere in disputes between you youngins, I simply spoke up for the Boy's status as an official member of my family. If you're able to and he lets himself do to him as you see fit, I won't interfere."
Having said that the old man looked over to the calm Ron before turning still again.
"* Yes! At least he doesn't have the complete backing of the Black Family! Dumbledore would be foolish to oppose me in this matter as I'm in the right!*"
" Well then, Headmaster I demand, not as the Chairman of the Board of Governor's but as the father of Draco Malfoy the victim in this horrible attack, to have Ronald Prewett Black Weasley expelled immediately from Hogwarts!"
Slowly brushing his beard Dumbledore was unable to speak as Ron was the one to respond.
" Attack? What proof does your esteemed self have that paints this act of self defense on my part, as an Attack?"
The moment Lucius was able to fully comprehend Ron's words he almost lunged at him to try to straggle him. He'd heard everything from Draco's two lackeys and although he knew that Draco might've said something to anger Ron he definitely didn't strike first.
That line of thinking made him absolutely sure that if he was able to bring this up to either the Headmaster or more likely his Board if Governor's Ron would be expelled. Yet now the boy in question had the audacity to proclaim himself the victim.
" You little... Stop spouting rubbish in hopes of getting away unpunished for your assault on my innocent son. If you want proof what more do you need then several eyewitness testimonies along with a detailed reported of the injuries Draco sustained by Madam Pomfrey!? On the other hand what evidence do you have that you apparently acted in self defense!?"
His question garnered both the Professor and Headmaster present to turn towards Ron. As always he was calm and without skipping a beat replied with the upmost confidence.
" I also have numerous eyewitness that can testify on my behalf that I acted to defend my Fiance's Honor!"
" WHAT!!!"
Lucius and Prof. Flitwick had both of their jaws dropped to the floor while Dumbledore eyebrows furrowed.
