Capítulo 103: Dylan is not Human

"If that's the case, then Dylan really is a forbidden magic user."

That was the only thing Dylan who was a normal human could do.

"If that's true what are you going to do next?"

Mr. Marcus looked at Elvira.

"Eh, of course stop him."

"Stopping him is also useless. He who has already fallen into that power can't be stopped. That's why it's called forbidden magic."

"There must be a way. Letting him do that would be the same as agreeing to humans learning forbidden magic!"

"You're right, but what can we do now? The evidence you've brought doesn't provide any clues. Without knowing what kind of magic that man sorcerer used it would be difficult to take action."

The Sorcerer also could not act arbitrarily as long as there was no solid evidence. Sorcerers are only allowed to use their powers only to take care of Evil Spirits and may not be used against humans according to royal regulations.
