Capítulo 90: So stupid

Samuel sat casually, enjoying a canned drink, his gaze fixed on the TV showing today's news.

"Sorry for intruding..."

The voice startled him, making him immediately turn and stand, finding Hannah slowly approaching him. He frowned as if thinking, then smiled and welcomed her by approaching her.

"Hey... Baby. I didn't expect you to come!" He immediately hugged her without letting go of his canned drink.

"Are you not happy I came?" Hannah asked after Samuel released his embrace.

"Of course, I'm happy you're here because now I won't be lonely," Samuel answered while looking at Hannah, then caressed her cheek with his right hand. "But... How could you leave? I mean... Didn't you take care of Daniel so Valerie could focus on work?" he asked calmly.

Hannah distanced herself from Samuel, walking towards the sofa. "She's not writing tonight, not even until next month," she said.

"Really?"
