Capítulo 8: An Opportunity
Clicking on the evolution button, Godog was enveloped in a bright light. He gradually began to shrink until he was the size of a small light ball. After that, the light ball rushed towards Balance's head. Balance tried dodging the light but it followed him like a ghost.
Balance didn't take any chances and kept running away from the light, he dodged and dodged but fell flat on the ground whilst tripping over a dead zombie.
''Shit!''
The light flew into Balance's forehead, but he didn't feel any pain.
[Godog's evolution will now start]
[Evolution Time: 1 week]
Balance facepalmed.
He, a former God didn't think this was all part of the evolution. Has reincarnation lowered his wisdom?
'1 week huh... guess i'll wait.''
For Balance, 1 week was nothing. Being a God, time was nothing. Spending a couple 1000 years looking at the same star was like drinking a glass of water.
But now that Balance reincarnated into a human body, time slowed down a lot. Although the system said Balance was only half human, for Balance this has taken an huge toll.
'Let's look at the '!' next to my class.'
Balance pressed the '!' button next to his class. He was surrounded in a bright light and the system tried teleporting him to a different location. Balance could actually resist the teleportation with God Force. But remembering the light that flew towards his head. Balance took it that this was something similar.
His vision blanked and when he recovered he was in a bright white room.
'A God's Domain?' Balance questioned himself. He knew about God's Domain because he had one himself.
'This God's Domain is a low level one though. I didn't think there were actually other Gods in the Unknown.'
Balance looked at the empty and what seemed like endless white room. This white room was a low level God's Domain. Higher level ones had decorations and other stuff inside. Looking at this empty room, Balance guessed it must be a lesser god's domain.
For your information, Gods were divided into 7 levels: Lesser, Intermediate, Higher, Great, True, Supreme and Order.
The first 4 levels had the most gods among them, these gods were descendants of the upper 3 levels.
The 3 upper Gods were unique Gods. They were a one of a kind. Like the True God of Fire. This God was the only Fire God among the 3 upper levels. But the God had many descendants.
Balance, the former God of Balance, was the highest rank: Order.
Among the Order Gods, there were no more than 20. They kept order and everything in check. Like the Order God of Time, kept time flowing.
20 Gods may seem a lot. But across billions of multiverses. This number is terrifying low. This shows the power of Order Gods.
The Gods within the first 4 levels were uncountable. Every world is managed by a God or even multiple Gods. Good or Evil.
But back on track, Balance was walking inside the white room.
Suddenly, a white pillar shot out of the ground and in the pillar were incarved words.
The incarved words glowed blue and shot out of the pillar. The words flew towards Balance and circled around him.
The words formed: Warrior, Mage, Priest, Ranger, Thief
Balance was disgusted with these classes, but the next instant another pillar flew out of the ground.
[Conditions met, generating new classes]
Words flew out the pillar, but they were not blue colored but purple.
The words formed: Berserker, Arch mage, Grand Priest, Hunter, Assassin, Summoner, Necromancer
''Still sh*t'' Balance wasn't happy, he'd rather be classless.
Balance clicked on the 'X' button and quit the class selection. But what surprised him was that instead of being teleported back, a brand new pillar shot out of the ground. This Pillar was mysteriously black with red lines on it.
The same scene happened, the incarved words glowed red and shot out of the pillar, heading towards Balance.
The words didn't form any class, but it formed one word: Trial.

Balance's eyes changed from disdain to excitement, he moved his finger towards the 'Yes' button.
