Capítulo 71: Chapter 71: What 'A' Twist
Okay turns out the chapters I normally write are kinda long, I try to write over a thousand words maybe two thousand words a chapter for each of my fan fics, this normally leads me to burn out when I'm deep into the story, which is another reason why I went on a hiatus and why I sometime feel stress to write a chapter, so I'll try write less words sorry for this, you may drop if you want now.

Standing infront of Issei was the Vali group and beside Issei was a boy wearing armour with blonde hair and blue eyes, the boy looked to be either 13 or 15.
Arthur:"So that really is Excalibur." said Arthur looking at the boy, this was the spirit of the DxD Excalibur, who the other Excalibur decided to call Otouto for some reason.
Issei:"Well the spirit of Excalibur, I will give you another sword if you'd like."
Arthur:"I accept."
LeFay:"Are you sure about this bother?"
Arthur:"It's fine I already have Caliburn." he handed Issei the sword, to which he projected and created another holy sword for Arthur. Saying goodbye he left with Excalibur DxD and fused him with Excalibur Ruler, with a mighty golden glow he's got the original Excalibur again, the aura would've alarmed the other realms but he Issei made sure to supress.
With a nod Excalibur DxD went back to the [GoB] to be pampered Excalibur and Excalibur Morgan.
At a certain house next door, Issei was having a barbecue with all of his digimon
along with the satans, the seraphs and Azazel and Baraqiel along with ORC and the Sitir group they error having a barbecue, who Akeno who was talking, it seems the two made up, Issei was glad to see that happen.
Odin:"I have to say Hyoudou your a fine chef, why don't you join Azazel and I when we go out tonight." Rossweisse hearing this wasn't so pleased and began to lecture him.
Issei:"I'm sorry but I'm good enough with the women I have in my life, you could take Rio and others." said Issei making another burger. They were currently at Irina's old house, Issei bought the place since his old house has been getting crowded even with the added space, he needs a home of his own.
-Later-
Issei:"So you've dealt with Diodora." Ajuka nodded Diodora had approached Asia and got his ass totally kicked, let's just say he's now gender less.
Ajuka:"About this reincarnated devil protection act are you sure about doing this the devil king faction won't be pleased about it."
Issei:"If they have a problem with it they can say it to my face. This act will drastically lower the number of stray devils, though if the they are any false accusations, all false accusers will be treated as strays which is why I created this!" Issei took out a black orb.
Azazel:"What is this?"
Issei:"It's one of my Sacred Gears [Truth Seeker], it's lie detector, it glows grenade if your telling the truth and red if you lie. I was honestly thinking of giving it an [Overdrive] but I decided against it."
Azazel:"[Overdrive]? What is that?"
Issei:"My version of [Balance Breaker] all sacred gears created by me are able to use it."
Issei:"Anyways here's a few a them they should also help in weeding out spies other factions. And here for you too Lord Odin." he handed Ajuka and Odin a box holding them.
Odin:"Thank you child." he did a short bow.
Issei:"Now then I think it's time we address a problem worth with you Satans."
Falbium:"What problem?"
Issei:"Your way too passive, you don't have any control over the devils, it should be you who's in control except the Great King Faction, you guys are literally a step away from civil war, this why to remedy this I'll gave you guys the Satan watches, so use them."
Sirzechs:"Yes your right, we made the Satan name nothing but figure head I think it's time we take control, the original satans would roll in their graves, we've disgraced this name enough."
Later Odin left with Azazel and somehow like in the original he forgot Rossweisse who's currently crying in Issei's couch.
Issei:"Why not join Rias Gremory's peerage, she does need more members." she got up and wiped her tears.
Rossweisse:"You think I should?"
Issei:"Yeah plus you can always stay here if you need to." she cried even harder and hugged Issei. Though some of his lovers had dark auras around them.
Issei:"Oi what's with look?"
Koroshimaru/Asia/Irina/Katase:"Oh nothing at all darling!"
Katase:"I don't mind more the merrier!" said Aika.
Issei:"You would think that!"
-Trip to Kyoto-
It was time for the trip to Kyoto and Issei went to save Yasaka since he felt bored at the moment. Though they still had the same encounter with Kunou but Issei was able to calm her down when he revealed his identity as the person who saved her.
Issei:"So Ku-chan can you tell me what happened to Yasaka-san." she nodded her head and explained her situation.
Issei:"I see this is bad." he closed his eyes what he's doing is fusing his [Observation Haki] with [Space Magic]. Issei got up and snapped his fingers. He, Azazel, Rossweisse, Asia, Xenovia, Aika, Kiba, Irina and Kunou was teleported exactly where Yasaka was held they were then ambushed by Cao Cao and the Hero Faction.
Cao Cao:"What do I owe the pleasure of meeting the legendary Biblical Alliance Dragon."
Issei:"Nothing I'm just here to save this kids mother, would you mind handing her over."
Cao Cao:"That I'm afraid I can't do Georg can you speed things up." Georg scoffed and pushed his glasses up.
Georg:"Who do you think I am of course I can!" he said as summoned multiple magic cirlces. The rest of the hero faction showed.
Issei:"Tell me what's your goal?"
Cao Cao:"Simple to summon a dragon gate using the leylines of Kyoto, to summon Great Red."
Issei:"I see why didn't you just say so, I'll call him for you."
Everyone:"Eh!" said everyone out loud. Issei took out his digivice and called Great Red he put his phone on speaker.
Issei:"Hey Red where are you?"
Great Red:"I'm at your place taking care of siblings." They were born in early august.
Issei:"Well there is this guy with the [True Longinus] who was gonna summon you through a dragon gate. You mind coming to my location?"
Red:"Sure I'll be there." A portal opened up revealing a man with red hair and two cute babies in his arms, they're cuteness were unparalleled, this us due Issei feeding his parents the body tempering pills, they were baby Ruka and Kyo.
Jeanne:"So cute!" She said as stars appeared in her eyes.
Cao Cao:"Are you really the dragon of dragons?" Red gave Issei his siblings and he released his aura, but a small amount which was equal to his original strength, it shook many realms and suprised alot beings one being Ophis.
Heracles:"But how is he familiar with Great Red!?" he asked everyone looked at Issei who was rocking his siblings to sleep.
Red:"Oh he beat me in a fight we've been friends since."
