Upon hearing this, Su Ming-Yu looked up at Mi-kyung.
"Aunt Mi-kyung, I'll explain everything to you after I sign the contracts."
Hearing Su Ming-Yu's firm tone, Mi-kyung nodded slightly.

After that, Mi-kyung signed her name on the contract. After Su Ming-Yu signed his name as well, he handed the contract to Kang Suyeon.
After taking the contract, Suyeon casually handed Su Ming-Yu a glass of water and thoughtfully offered him a handkerchief to wipe his sweat.
Watching this, Mi-kyung couldn't help but remember what happened that night and felt a slight pang of jealousy in her heart. She lifted her head and looked at Su Ming-Yu.

Su Ming-Yu nodded, Mi-kyung got up and left.
Su Ming-Yu continued to sign contracts with the others.
An hour later, having finished, Su Ming-Yu stretched out and looked at the thirty-three contracts on the table, sighing softly.
Although signing thirty-three rental contracts was no small feat, he still felt a bit unsatisfied.
After the signing was completed, Kang Suyeon carefully organized the contracts. Su Ming-Yu then got up and went to the VIP lounge.
Mi-kyung was sitting on the sofa looking up at him.
"Ming-Yu, can you tell me who you really are?" she asked with a slight hint of anger in her tone.
Although it was more out of jealousy when she thought of Kang Suyeon's young and attractive presence.
Su Ming-Yu just smiled and spread his hands.
"Aunt Mi-kyung, the down payment has been made with the deposit you gave me," he replied, handing her a bank loan contract he had prepared earlier.
Mi-kyung took the contract and examined it carefully, then raised her head, her eyes fixed on Su Ming-Yu.
"What? You took out loans to buy more than thirty apartments? Are you crazy? Given the current state of the real estate market, there's no way you'll be able to keep up with those loan payments month after month."
Su Ming-Yu took out a pack of cigarettes, inhaled deeply, and exhaled a puff of smoke, looking at Mi-kyung with a smile.
"Ajumma, don't worry about the loan. This community is close to Gangnam District. I'm optimistic about the future appreciation potential of these properties."
Seeing Su Ming-Yu's confident expression, Mi-kyung could only sigh in resignation.

At that moment, she suddenly remembered that Su Ming-Yu hadn't come home the night before. She turned to him, her eyes piercing.
"Ming-Yu, why didn't you come home last night? Who were you with?"
As she asked, Mi-kyung had a vague idea of the answer.
"I was meeting a classmate. It was getting late, so I decided to stay out," Su Ming-Yu answered casually.
"Were you with your girlfriend last night?" Mi-kyung asked cautiously.
Being well versed in psychology, Su Ming-Yu could tell that she was trying to test him.
Judging from her reaction, it seemed that Mi-kyung might be a bit jealous. Seeing this, Su Ming-Yu decided to tease her a little.
He picked up the glass of water in front of him and calmly replied, "Aunt Mi-kyung, we just had a nice conversation, that's all."
Hearing this confirmation, Mi-kyung felt a pang of jealousy. She kept a straight face.
"Ming-Yu, you should concentrate on your studies for now. At least wait until you're working before you think about relationships."
After hearing her words, Su Ming-Yu was even more certain of her feelings.
"Don't worry, Aunt Mi-kyung! I won't let it interfere with my studies."
With that, Su Ming-Yu stood up.
"By the way, Aunt Mi-kyung, I still have some things to take care of, so I'll be leaving now."
Leaving at the right time, he thought, would leave a stronger impression on her.
Hearing this, Mi-kyung's heart skipped a beat, but she found it hard to say anything more. She just looked at him, her tone firm.
"You have to come home tonight. No staying out all night again, understand?"
Su Ming-Yu smiled and nodded.
"I understand, Aunt Mi-kyung. I'll definitely come home tonight."
With that, he turned and left.
As she watched him go, a hint of wistfulness appeared in Mi-kyung's eyes.
