Su Mingyu arrived back at the Hanyang Community sales office.
Standing at the entrance, he saw Kang Suyeon, who was dressed in professional clothes and looked a bit strange and uncomfortable.
Her discomfort was obvious as she stood there fidgeting.
At first, she wanted to run away, but something held her back. Every time she remembered the tone and manner in which Su Mingyu had spoken to her, a chill ran through her heart.
As she waited anxiously, a familiar figure came into view. When Kang Suyeon recognized Su Mingyu, a wave of inexplicable shyness washed over her. As she watched him approach, she lightly bit her lip.
Su Mingyu walked over and looked at her casually.
"You remember what you promised me earlier, right?" he asked.
Kang Suyeon nodded shyly and looked up at him.
"Can we... have dinner first?" she asked shyly.
Seeing her embarrassed look, Su Mingyu nodded.
"No problem."
He took her to a nearby Western restaurant. The restaurant had a pleasant atmosphere, with dim lighting and partitions around the tables, creating a somewhat intimate setting between the two.
After ordering steak and side dishes, Su Mingyu handed the menu to Kang Suyeon. When she looked at the prices, her face showed a bit of discomfort.
Su Mingyu smiled.
"To celebrate your success in closing three real estate deals today, I'll treat you."
Upon hearing this, Kang Suyeon visibly relaxed and smiled gratefully at him. She ordered the cheapest steak and handed the menu back to the waiter.
In the dim light, the haggardness on her face was hidden, revealing her delicate features.
Even Su Mingyu had to admit that she was indeed a beautiful woman. With a little more care in her complexion and clothing, she could easily be mistaken for a campus beauty.
Kang Suyeon noticed that Su Mingyu was staring at her. Feeling self-conscious, she shyly lowered her head and started fiddling with the hem of her clothes.
Su Mingyu couldn't help but be certain - this woman was clearly inexperienced.

Once inside, he made his intentions clear and bought two boxes of condoms. Then he picked up Kang Suyeon and went straight to the Hilton, where he rented a presidential suite for 600,000 won.
Without wasting any time, Su Mingyu carried Kang Suyeon up to the room.
He dimmed the lights, poured himself a glass of red wine, and slowly walked toward her.
