Capítulo 132: Chapter 132 : Destruction Of Vein?

Explosive blasts erupted throughout the Gelel vein, causing rock walls to crumble and machinery to shatter. But that wasn't the worst of it. Deep within the core, a fearsome black hole was rapidly forming, greedily devouring matter and Senjutsu Chakra from its surroundings.

The fabric of space shattered like glass, giving birth to dense cracks. Anything caught in its sweep was obliterated and consumed.

On a distant rock wall, Hela had her body transformed into wings resembling Kami Itachi's, anchoring herself with sharp wingtips to prevent the powerful wind from carrying her away.

"This is a jutsu that can rend the heavens and split the earth. It seems there's no stopping it against such overwhelming power," she murmured, squinting despite the swirling debris. To her astonishment, the core generating the immense suction seemed to have solidified.

The rift in space vanished, the ominous black hole seemed to seal shut, and all the drawn-in matter congealed into a growing spherical shape.

"What... is this?"

Hela was bewildered. The massive suction still persisted. The energy within the Gelel vein was drawn and condensed onto the expanding sphere, resembling a radiant "star."

The vast underground ore vein, spanning miles, seemed to have vanished entirely, compressed into a 100-meter-wide stone sphere.

"No!"

Metal structures and Troy's experimental apparatus were pulverized. Hela, along with the surrounding rocks, was pulled towards the core, facing certain doom.

Suddenly, the suction ceased, and the gigantic stone orb suspended in midair emitted a brilliant blue-green light. It quaked intensely, cracks fissuring across its surface before it exploded with a deafening roar.

"What... just happened?!"

Several kilometers away, civilians felt a powerful earthquake, and then the earth crumbled beneath them. The ground fell into an abyss, and the sky seemed to descend upon the earth. It was an astonishing spectacle!

Plants erupted into a wild growth frenzy, seemingly stimulated by some magical force. Trees shot up with reckless abandon, and the once barren hills around the mines transformed into vast, sprawling forests.

"It seems that I disrupted the jutsu. The Senjutsu Chakra wasn't pulled into another dimension. It must have dissipated extensively. What a waste," muttered Hela, observing the disaster-stricken scene.

The mine had become a massive crater, affecting and obliterating a third of the city. The newly emerged dense forest enveloped the landscape like a miracle.

"I never imagined that the residual energy from the Divine Tree's corruption would manifest in such a remarkable way. The power of Kaguya Otsutsuki must have been truly unfathomable," mused Takeshi, fused with Orochimaru, as they raced toward the crater's center.

"Ow... that hurts. Wait, am I still alive?"

Dizzily, Hela picked herself up amidst the rubble, realizing she was at the epicenter of the crater. She had almost been sucked into the core and crushed to pieces.

"Huh? What's this?"

Her attention was drawn to a luminous, rounded stone that suddenly shattered, revealing a small pile of emerald-like crystals.

"Could this be... the energy-absorbed ore from the Gelel vein?" Hela gasped.

The crystals before her contained immense energy, the condensed result of Senjutsu Chakra. However, unlike refined Gelel Stones, these were less stable and the energy was beginning to escape.

As a being that had transformation with Senjutsu Chakra, Hela took a bite and felt instantly invigorated. Her injuries began to heal, and she felt a sense of fullness.

"Lord Troy is gone. While the jutsu was flawed, it appears the Gelel vein has truly been destroyed. But this country might be as well..."

Hela gazed at the cataclysmic scene around her, her emotions complex. She slowly retrieved a book from her armour – the "Book of Gelel."

With resolve, she approached the heap of green crystals. Her strength derived from the Gelel Stone, so these crystals might prove useful to her. She decided to utilize them immediately.

"Swoosh!"

A sharp cyan beam pierced the air, impaling Hela unguarded.

Two solid chakra beams skewered her shoulders, pinning her to a boulder. Hela turned, her sickles at the ready, attempting to break free.

She tore her shoulders apart to escape, her powerful regenerative abilities rendering such wounds trivial.

"Cough, cough... Still resisting, I see. However, you must possess valuable information. Prepare to return with me."

Limping, Lord Gen approached, his eyes shadowed, a far cry from his former power.

Struggling toward the mine, he encountered the technique's overwhelming suction force. He fought to stay afloat, resisting the mine's collapse. But then, countless beams of light shot skyward, followed by an explosive blast that sent him hurtling.

It was an unlucky day for Lord Gen, largely due to Takeshi's interference. His power had suffered a significant blow, and he might have even died if he were any weaker.

Chakra imbued a kunai, its form extending into a blue sword.

Lord Gen's figure wavered, appearing directly before Hela. He drove the sword through her abdomen, impaling her, then slashed her neck, rendering her unconscious.

He gazed at the pile of crystals, his eyes uncertain. He selected one, cautiously feeling the immense power within.

"Is this the energy Tobirama-sama spoke of? So this is it, but what is it?"

The crystal's concentration was unstable, making Lord Gen nauseous. He hastily discarded it.

"Perhaps the winged woman will have answers. These people gain strength through transformation."

He retrieved a fragment of Gelel's Stone, examining it. "If I can acquire this technique... Hey, who could have foreseen this transformation? How do I return with all of this?"

"This might not be your concern any longer, as today might be your last here."

Orochimaru appeared atop a high rock, indifferent gaze directed downward.

"Humph! I knew you'd come. Is this your handiwork? Are you after Konoha for these ores?" Lord Gen's tone betrayed no surprise.

"...all of them."

"Huh? Since you're here, what about my subordinates...!"

"They're all dead." Orochimaru's sneer was evident.

"Damn!" Lord Gen seethed, but was abruptly silenced.

Orochimaru removed his mask, revealing an unfamiliar face.

"Who are you?"

Lord Gen stared incredulously, recognizing neither the "Uchiha" before him nor the Anbu Captain he was supposed to know.

A disguise? Why was this person, who usually concealed their identity, doing this?

Orochimaru believed the mask held no significance – much like a certain masked man in later years.

The older generation understood Madara, even those who had faced him. How could Madara, with his pride and strength, hide behind a mask?

High IQ individuals and those with extensive knowledge, like Shisui and Danzo, scoffed at the notion. Obito might only fool someone as naïve as Naruto.

This face meant nothing, just another mask.

For Orochimaru, the face was merely a façade.

The final battle drew near.
