Capítulo 10: confession and second task and the last task
(Hermione(POV)
Everyone was shocked it seems i looked really beautiful as everyone was staring and i was embarrassed as i reached down the stairs I saw Krum standing he looked really good as I reached he looked up and so did everyone standing near me even harry was looking up and his mouth opened wide did his date and i was so happy to see it was daphne they looked so cute together ~sigh~and all the other girls looked flustered ok now that was amusing I looked back too and I wouldn't say that I was not flustered it was Draco he walked down the stairs with that confident smirked of his he was wearing a muggle tux and a wizard robe he looked so perfect the robes were perfectly fitted to him and showed his broad shoulder and his hair was unkempt but that just added to his charm he looked so perfect he has this aura around him that you can't look away from him as he walked by me he winked at me and then went for his date and it was fleur even she was staring wide-eyed at him they looked perfect i felt a tug on my hand it was Viktor he looked a bit unamused the he made me follow him and we left for the hall as the champions will be the first to dance as we entered the halls everyone was staring at each of us as we walked to centre of hall and then the music began i almost stepped on Viktor twice to which I apologized and he just shook his head as the dance went on we he kept looking at fleur well she was looking the most beautiful here and being a part veela dosen't make this easy for people to ignore her and soon we changed partners and i was in dracos arms he hold me tight and looked me straight in the eye and i remembered the kiss and i flustered and he just smiled and we just danced and we changed partners again until i was dancing with Viktor again but this time it was a rock band and we were laughing and having fun soon we left to take a rest and went to get us drinks i went to harry and ron and we had a fight how dare he tell me that i was siding with the enemy i was furious i went to Viktor he gave me drinks he asked if i was okay i said i needed rest and he should go and dance as the dance went on i got angrier and went to talk to ron but he didn't apologise but called me careless and all bunch of rubbish and soon I was all alone and i cried and thought to go back to Viktor but he was dancing with fleur and the were so into each other that he didn't even notice me i was so sad and cried but then i heard a screech and so did everyone looked up it was a phoniex he flew around the hall and everyone was looking at it it looked so beautiful at first i thought it was fawkes but then i looked at dumbledore and he looked confused then i knew who it was it was ravan at least he was happy then something unexpected happened he flew towards me and soon i was falling down i was about to scream but i fell in someones arms i looked to see who it was and it was draco instead of getting angry at him i started crying thinking how bad today was and just cried in his arms as he hugged me after some time i was sitting in his laps whistle my head on his shoulders .
Draco: are you ok now Hermione i am sorry i didn't think you will start crying i am sorry.
Hermione:no i wasn't crying at that its just today was supposed to be perfect my friends has been prats my date is dancing with your date that i was feeling like a third wheel and i wanted today to be perfect.
Draco stood up and me stand up to he put a hand on my waist and made me put my hand on his shoulder and he danced with me and i smiled.
Draco: you were not the only one feeling a third wheel tonight love i was feeling one too as fleur was more interested in Krum than in me which was personally was a blow to my pride.
to which i laughed he just smiled then i looked around me and we were at the astronomy tower and then i saw his robes.
Hermione:you are wearing muggle tux Malfoy.you do know that right.
Draco: I've prepared this for my date that i was planning to take on with me to the dance but i was a bit late so i just wore it today but as i am a malfoy and we are selfish i had to had some alone time with her so ahe can enamour my robes and here you are doing exactly that.
Hermione: i am sorry Draco i thought you were not gonna ask me i mean me a muggle-born and you a pureblood people will question you and i can't let them know about us being friends.
Draco: shhhhh~ i don't care about blood prejudice any longer Hermione i don't care for a single second what others will think for my choices and even if you are.my choice.
i felt happy i hugged him and we danced just like this after some time as i was in his arms i blurted out a question which i regretted the next second.
Hermione: Draco what did that kiss meant in the infirmary.
i looked at him scared and was ready to apologise but he just smiled and then ducked his head down and kissed me i was over the moon i was feeling butterfly in my stomach i felt as this was all a dream as he kissed me then he stopped and looked me in my eyes.
Draco: that's what it means Mia you are the most important person to me in my life there is not a moment that i can't stop myself not think about you my darkest of days are illuminated when i see your smile people need a memory to cast a Patronus the stronger the memory the stronger the patronus (he took out his wand and pointed at the sky and out came a really big dragon and as its roar fills the sky with white light then he looked at me came near me kissed me again and then looked at me in the eye)and you are my memory and i don't care what others say but you should know this Hermione jean granger that i like you and i want to be with you and be at your side when you are happy or sad so will you give me the honour of being my girlfriend from now on mia.
and that's all i needed i leapt on him and kissed hi. and we kissed for long and then stopped for some air as our for head touched we looked into each others eye.
Hermione:yes definitely yes Draco malfoy i would love it if you are my boyfriend too.
he smiled and we kissed for long and my day became perfect that j will always cherish for my entire life soon we just stayed in each other's arms and looked at the flying dragon Patronus outside which was spreading happiness with his every roar and Draco kissed my head and hugged me tightly.
Draco: umm mia.
Hermione:hmmmmm.
Draco: it seems i won the bet now you own me a favor love.
Hermione:they could have just been dance partners Draco and we betted on something else entirely there's still time and harry is gonna win.
he laughed and dropped his arms around me and a took out a parchment out of nowhere then i looked at his hand he wore three rings one the same as mine that i wore the spatial ring which was a wonder on it own how did he make it though the other two rings were different one had a crest on it which looked like a hand holdings wand three crows around it and a skull on it and the other was pure silver with a snake on it i wonder what these rings are so he opened the parchment and i was shocked its the marauder's map i looked at him accusingly to which he looked confused.
Hermione:why do you have that it belongs to harry.
Draco: aah no mia it's mine i created it.
it's so cute when he calls me mia.
Hermione:no it belongs to harry and he got it from fred and George last year.
Draco: yeah well my love(he pecked me on my lips to which i blushed)the twins are my friends and business partners love i got it from them and made a improved copy of it,even shows all the hidden passages and also chamber of secrets.
Hermione:business partners?
Draco: yeah you know the twins&drake we own it.
Hermione: really?
Draco:yeah trust me love I will never lie to you ever,, if you look Ewww when you cry hahaha.
I punched softly at his torso and he only laughed then he slowly opened the parchment and then after sometime smirked and showed me two games tangled together I looked at the names and I was shocked I saw Daphne Greengrass and Harry Potter together in a closed classroom together their name was jumbled together and I blushed thinking what they were doing but as soon as I looked up I was kissed again and we kept going at it till midnight then we stopped and then we left for our dormitories and hence I had the best day of my life I was so happy next few days we met secretly harry told me about Daphne as she was fine me knowing about it as I was trustable Ron was still bickering about how can we gather along with slytherin harry found out about the second task requirements thanks to Daphne and the solution to it too which was gillyweed and I think about telling Draco about it but knowing I know Daphne know about it because of his interference.
suddenly hours before the second task i was called to the office.
Draco(POV)
the second task was about to begin and i already knew where they all were placed but i don't know my important person they will select i look around and i don't see fleurs sister ,Hermione,weasly, and Daphne so that what we have i can't save Hermione as that will expose us and that's too soon so i went ahead and had a talk with champions.
Draco: he guys.
krum/fleur: hey draco.
Draco:well here is the thing the important thing that we need to find is our ball partners.
they looked shocked but then fleur inquired that i was her partner so what should she find i said we will know when we get there but i have a plan i told them about the plan and they nodded and then fleur took me to the side and apologized that she didn't knew what happened to her at the ball and she said sorry about not accompanying me much i said it was fine as you see i untied the string right before i took Hermione away so they were back to normal as we were getting ready i told them to follow my lead and with a blast we entered the water and i changed my form into a black marlin as a metorphmagus that was easy as soon as i changed i saw fleur and krum looked shocked at me i went close to them and they took both of my side with their bubble head charm and swish we left after swimming for half an hour we reached are destination smoothly fleur hurriedly swam to her sister and so did Krum to his (Hermione😈) and i went to Daphne and changed back to my real form as they were about to go i gestured them to wait and they did after 15 min i saw potter getting closer and told krum to go first and then fleur and then i went up the last thing i saw was potter getting to Ronald and i got out of the water and swam to the shore and helped them dry themselves. and with the points being me still being in lead followed by krum and fleur then last potter the second task ended krum thanked me for help and fleur hugged me and kissed my cheek to which Hermione looked pissed to which i raised my hands and shook my head to which she only pouted.next few days were really cozy i took time off from school and went to Gringotts and gave the king an cleansing potion which only cleans 30%of body impurities at the place of strengthening potion to which he was over the.moon i then used my string to make them open up the vault of Bellatrix for me to which they were a bit reluctant but then i made them remember there oaths and they nodded finally then wanted to get more money and i started telling them the potion price and procedure to which they finally didn't argue with me anymore and opened the vault for me and i told them that what i was taking was a Horcruxes by which they were shocked and looked disgusted I took the cup and replaced it with a gemino one and left after greeting Ragnarok. now I got the diadem, the cup, the locket now only the ring,potter and snake is left.
i went back to Hogwarts and then days went on things were fine i took Hermione out on date secretly Daphne and potter are actually planning to make it official but i am keeping them at bay by controlling Daphne who listens to my advices and so does Hermione so i made them both to keep it secret soon the third task came and we all entered the mage with me at first then Krum and fleur and then finally potter all the events were same but just in the end i saved potter from krum and acted as i was hurt he tried to hell but the wind started and i told him to get the cup and i let the branches take me soon i woke up too meet my mother as she was watching me worriedly i smiled at her and she hugged me soon she left and we gathered at the ending feast dumbledore told that he is back and bleh bleh bleh and soon we left for home i got myself an compartment and Hermione came after sometime we spent some time together and then she left and so did i too once i reached home i started placing malfoy manor with formations that will help me in the near future i met father and he told me about voldy returns and he is staying with someone else currently to which i only nodded and then left to my house as there was only two more months left to hogwarts to be opened again and potter being accused and i need to prepare.
