It was fast but the three assassins didn't back down either, they continued to play hide and seek for over 5 minutes before the beast decided to appear and strike at lightning speed.

It managed to wag its tail at the Assassin acting as the bait sending him flying but before it could retreat, the two assassins surrounded it and landed two lethal attacks on its eyes. They planned to immobilize it by targeting its eyes.

With its eyes blinded, Its movement slowed down after that precise strike so the two followed up and landed a killing blow. Their strategy worked but without paying a price. The one who acted as bait laid flat on the ground with skin green as a leaf. He was poisoned by the tail strike the basilisk landed on him. The other two immediately injected a serum given to them by Rasoul before the battle. It is a serum that induces coma in poisoned individuals.

Rasoul wasn't the one to treat people like trash. He knew they would be in danger should they go after the basilisk so he provided them with a way to stabilize themselves till the battle was over so he could buy a proper cure for the poison. They all stood beside him as he lay lifeless. They've done their part.

Throughout the fight, Lara hadn't unleashed any of her abilities; she was merely manipulating the lightning bolts, showcasing her formidable control over the element.

Rasoul gazed at the majestic tiger, his companion, and grinned. He knew Lara was powerful, but the full extent of her strength remained a mystery. Sabrat approached Rasoul after dealing with the flying behemoth, ready to speak. However, before he could utter a word, a potent cosmic energy struck Lara, sending her flying 2 km away.

"LARA!" Rasoul and Sabrat shouted simultaneously. Lara crashed lifelessly onto the ground, her fate uncertain. Just as Rasoul and Sabrat were about to rush over, they heard a voice.
