Capítulo 35: Introductions Part 2

A petite woman stepped forward no older than Joshua. She stood at five foot two inches and her blonde hair was wrapped in buns on either side of her head. She had tied the buns with red ribbons. She looked away from Joshua with her green eyes as she started to speak. "M-my name is Fawn; I was not blessed with a family name as I have no family that will claim me."

"No family?" Joshua asked. "What happened?"

She bit her lip out of nervousness, not wanting to answer Joshua's question. She stood there silently as she contemplated what to do.

"Your lord has asked you a question, Fawn." Timothy said. "You must not keep him waiting."

"R-right." She said, the fear in her voice evident. She raised her shaking arms and undid her hair ribbons. As her long hair fell to her back a set of small antlers were revealed. "I am the cursed child of a beastkin." She said while starting to cry. "Please do not kill me, master. I promise I will do whatever it takes to please you."
