The 15th Prince of Ralithia, Xavier Vi Ralithia, was born to the King of the Holy Ralithia Empire, Alexander Vi Ralithia and the queen who had special blood of the Espers. After Xavier’s birth, the queen died mysteriously, but before her death, she gave Xavier a special power. The power that he could stop time around him by holding his breath.
