Capítulo 2: CHAPTER 2: Joining S.T.A.R.S
After Javier decided to join Stars, he prepared to sign up the next day. After taking a good shower at night, Javier lay down on the bed. It was his first night in this world.

Javier was lying in bed completely sleepless and very excited. He was communicating with the system, in the meantime, Javier learned that to open the mall he had to kill a hundred zombies. In the mall there are all kinds of props and strengthening items.
Time passed quickly as Javier communicated with the system. The next morning, he got up very early, changed his clothes and prepared to go to the police station.

Javier's partner is a black man named Mike. The two have been working together for two years and can be considered good friends.
"Hey, Javier, did you hear the news? The S.T.A.R.S team is being reorganized, they are recruiting people for two different teams. The benefits are also very good." Mike told Javier enthusiastically.
"So you're going to sign up, Mike?" Javier asked with a smile. After hearing Javier's question, Mike took a deep breath, touched his beer belly and said, "Forget it, I don't have a chance, but you can try, I think you'll succeed."
"I'm going to sign up. I hope to be able to participate. Wish me good luck, Mike." Javier patted Mike on the shoulder after saying that.
At noon, Javier arrived at the registration site, where he ended up meeting Albert Wesker. At this time, Wesker was still very young, with blond hair and his iconic sunglasses on his face.
At that moment, Wesker was talking to the director and the mayor. Not far from them was the place of registration. A female police officer was busy there and there were several people who had signed up.
The reorganization of S.T.A.R.S is part of the "Bright 21st Century Raccoon City" security rectification plan implemented by Raccoon City Mayor Michael Warren. The team is formed into a group of 6 special forces, divided into two groups: Team Alpha and Brave. S.T.A.R.S. members include officers drawn from the Raccoon City Police Department and veterans, elite tactical personnel, and specially recruited intelligence investigators.
However, since the day Stars reorganized, the root of the problem has been deeply buried. This is because the "Bright 21st Century Raccoon City" plan was originally implemented with funding from Umbrella. On the surface, Umbrella is a world-renowned pharmaceutical company, but behind the scenes it is secretly involved in bioweapons research. To cover up their experiments, they not only bribed Police Chief Brian Irons and other high-level officials in Raccoon City, but also planted Albert Wesker as a spy, funded the "Bright 21st Century Raccoon City" project, and placed him as captain of S.T.A.R.S. Under such a situation, S.T.A.R.S. was eventually led down the path of destruction.
Javier came to the registration office. Here, he saw one of the future members of the stars, Brad Vickers. This guy was the helicopter pilot of Alpha Team, the guy who was so scared that he fled in a helicopter.
After Javier stepped forward to sign up, he didn't say hello to the guy, but left directly. Javier didn't see Chris and others here. After taking a quick look at Wesker, he left the place.

After patrolling as usual in the afternoon, Javier said goodbye to Mike and returned home. This was the first time he went to work and felt very bored.
Three days passed like this, and finally the day of the selection of the S.T.A.R.S. team arrived. When he arrived at the selection site, there were more than a hundred people here, and Javier also saw 'acquaintances' inside.
Barry, Chris and Jill, but even seeing them, Javier didn't go there to perform. The selection started right away. The first was target shooting that Javier had been practicing madly for the last few days, the test was no problem for him.
Then came the fight. Javier's physique was three times better than that of ordinary people. His opponents were defeated in less than three moves, which made Wesker who was watching also notice him.
After that, some special abilities were displayed. Javier's directing skills were still acceptable, and the rest wasn't all that remarkable. However, since he took first place in fighting, he would not be eliminated.
After the selection, they all left and the admission notice would be sent to them afterwards. Javier was also ready to leave at this point, but someone spoke to him: "Hello, I'm Jill Valentine."
He didn't expect Jill to come to greet him. He also reached out and held Jill's hand. "Hello, my name is Javier Lee."
The reason Jill noticed Javier was that she was attracted to his fighting skills. Jill served in the U.S. Delta Force and was a very powerful combat expert.
"His fighting skills are very good. I'm sure you'll pass the team selection. Hopefully we can become teammates in the future." Hearing Jill's words, Javier nodded his head too.
After the two introduced themselves, they departed separately. Javier was fully confident in joining S.T.A.R.S. and soon he received the admission notice.
