Capítulo 39: Whiskey Peak pt. 1
Thirteen sat on the railing at the back of the Merry, staring into the sea as the ship sailed to their next destination.
Suddenly.
"Why didn't you kill him and the girl!?" Thirteen didn't reply to himself and spoke again "Did you forget what they put us through?! Are you a fucking idiot?!" He violently cracked his neck and replied "Because, Luffy said no." before speaking again "So?! Who cares what he says?! We can kill him and the rest before torturing that damn Noble! It'll be slow and painful~ Mmmmm~"
He licked his lips before going blank again as he replied "Shut up." His face contorted and he giggled eerily "Awww~ Baby boy's snappy today~ Hehehehehe~" his face went blank and he stayed silent, cracking his neck and closing his eyes, muttering "I will jump into the sea."
He snorted in disgust before saying "Coward." After that his face returned to normal and he resumed staring at the sea. His ear twitched and he heard footsteps approaching him, when he turned his head he saw Zoro pointing his thumb behind him, saying "We're here. Come on."
Thirteen got off the railing and followed him to the front of the ship where he saw a bunch of happy people waving and cheering at the group, welcoming them as pirates to 'Whiskey Peak'.
He looked around at all the people before walking to the cabin and coming back out, not even a minute later, with the Bunny shorts on. His tail waved slightly but his face was blank as he looked around. The crew was confused too.
The ship slowly came to the port and a tall man with curls in his hair welcomed them, saying "Welcome to Whiskey Peak, my name is Igarappoi. I'm the Mayor." Luffy and the rest got off the ship, Thirteen looked around and noticed that Vivi and the crown man disappeared.
He looked at Igarappoi before tilting his head, Igarappoi glanced at Thirteen before going back to Luffy and then back to Thirteen with shocked eyes that quickly returned to calm as he said "At any rate… We have a party for you all! Quickly join the festivities! Haha!" before humming to himself and quickly walking away.
Luffy scratched his head and said "Why did he run away?" Zoro looked around and Nami snorted, crossing her arms. Usopp and Sanji were waving to the crowd of people, who were to the side.
Sanji flirted with the women who were escorting them as Thirteen followed behind the group, looking around at all the people asking to touch his tail and ears. Luffy followed along happily and was brought to a building with a large hall full of food.
Luffy's eyes shined at all the meat before he started eating, Usopp started telling fake stories to impress the people, Zoro got into a drinking contest with the people, Sanji flirted with the women, and Nami dragged Thirteen to the drinking table, pointing at the beer with a happy look in her eyes.
Thirteen's tail waved back and forth as he had his first ever party. He drank with Zoro and Nami as other girls complimented his muscles, ears, and tail. They touched them suggestively, winking at him, saying things like "I love your ears, they're so fluffy!" "Kyaaaa~ Your tail is so soft!" "Yummy~ You're so muscular!"Thirteen's tail waved around as his face stayed blank, he never spoke a word but he also didn't notice the group of girls around him growing. They were all touching his tail and ears, only a few touching his muscles.
Zoro laughed and drank his grog while Nami watched and drank silently, thinking to herself.
Time passed slowly and the crew partied till night.
Thirteen was still drinking and looked at Zoro, who's head slammed down on the table. Nami was leaning on Thirteen's shoulder asleep while he drank and looked around. He finished his cup and licked his lips before his eyes slowly closed.
The 'drunk' girls around got up and said "Finally! What a beast this guy is!" another girl stretched her back and fixed her bra, adding "You're telling me… I used 10 pounds of sleeping powder on him alone!"
Another girl touched Thirteen's ears and pouted "Do we have to? His ears are so cute!" while another one said "He's worth a lot, the boss would be happy if we turned him in…" the rest of the girls looked at each other and one of them said "He's just a slave…" the others looked at her and retorted "So? He's a hunk!"
One of them even said "I happen to be in love with him!" The other girls paused and looked at her strangely. The girl looked away and blushed, adding quietly "He's cute…" the rest shook their heads and replied "You need a boyfriend." the girl sighed and another girl clapped her hands, stating "Let's go get the ropes!"
The girls all walked out, talking amongst each other.
When they came back, Nami, Zoro, and Thirteen were gone.
The girl in charge looked around with the rope and said "Eh?! Where did they go?" that one girl sobbed "He heard me and didn't say anything! Is it because I'm ugly!?" another girl hugged her and rubbed her back.
Meanwhile~
Thirteen was sitting on the roof with one leg hanging off the side, looking down at Igarappoi, Vivi, the crown guy, and a super muscular black woman. Zoro stood next to him, looking at the group with his arms crossed.
The crown guy said "Mr. 8, are we going to kill those brats?" Igarappoi turned to him and said "If we kill them, the bounty drops by 30%, Mr. 9… The government likes to hold public executions."
The black woman said "We should've just ambushed them at the harbor…" Igarappoi replied "This way is less messy, Ms. Monday." Monday rolled her eyes and crossed her arms.
Igarappoi added "Also, what makes you think you can take them?" Monday raised her brow and Igarappoi continued "One of them has a 600 million belli bounty. The 'half-breed slave' as they call him." Monday was stunned and said "The cat boy?!" Igarappoi just hummed.
Suddenly, Zoro spoke "Hey."
The 4 froze and turned around to see Zoro and Thirteen, Zoro added "You mind keeping it down? My friends are trying to sleep." while Thirteen swung his chain from his arm slowly, eyeing Vivi, who took a step back.
Zoro grinned as more and more people rushed outside, including the girls from inside the building. He looked at the mass of people and said "I'd say there's around 100 of you scumbags… I'll take down every single one of you, you hear me? Baroque Works?"
Igarappoi's jaw dropped and he said "You! How do you know our name?!" Zoro just smirked and replied "I used to be a bounty hunter, actually, I got a job offer from you. The cheesy codenames, nobody knows who or where the boss is… Sounds kinda shitty to me."
Igarappoi pointed at Zoro and Thirteen before shouting "He knows! We only have one option left! Kill them!" Zoro grinned and Thirteen tilted his head before they both disappeared in front of the entire group's eyes.
