Noah didn't say anything immediately except lean against the only table in the room close to the bed.

It made me uncomfortable as my eyes darted to the table and away from Alpha Noah.

The table was made from a behemoth of wood, its sturdy legs as thick as tree trunks, rooted firmly to the ground.

"C-could you not lean on that?" I told him in this low voice that forced him to look at me " I wouldn't know what to do if you broke it…you are quite a large man, you know"

Large - was the only adjective I could use that didn't sound dirty or vaguar in my head.

He moved away from the table and I stood up from the bed, using the bedsheet as a cover for my nakedness, still aware of him.
