Capítulo 3: Meeting the Girls

After a day of hard work, I was pretty satisfied with how far we would made it. I wouldn't say the space is enough yet, but we were getting there.

*Rumble*

At that sound I turned to my Riolu, who had his hands on his stomach. It seems he was hungry, understandable I myself was hungry too. "Okay, let's go back inside after cleaning up. I will make dinner then." I told Riolu and Kirlia.

"Riolu!" Riolu nodded enthusiastically.

"Kirlia." Kirlia responded with a nod.

After cleaning up with a hose outside the house, we went inside.

I proceeded by going to the kitchen and making us an evening meal. I also made extra for Arcanine as thanks for the ride.

Arcanine normally gets his food himself now in the forest south of the farm. He got used to it over the time sins my grandfather passed away.

When we were done eating our food, I went to relax on a chair next to the fireplace. Riolu and Kirlia sat next to me on armchairs.

While we were relaxing I began reading the book on plants from this world.

It was interesting how fast everything could grow, for example a tomato takes only 2 months to grow here while back in my world it took around 3 to 4 months for it to be fully grown.

When it became dark outside I went to bed.

This time I let Riolu and Kirlia stay outside, and they slept on the bed with me.

Maybe I should get sleeping places for them in my room, I thought while falling asleep.

-|Later|- (Day 02)

The next morning when I woke up, I had breakfast with Riolu and Kirlia.

It was about 8 o'clock in the morning, when I heard a knock on the door and I went to open it.

On the other side was the mayor, with 4 bags of luggage, but no children?

I looked at him questionably "Hello there Marcus, here are the four girls I talked about with you. Thank you for letting them stay here."

"Uhm Mr. Thomas, were are those girls." I asked him getting confused.

"Here is 80.000 Poke dollars for taking them in, it should last you the month and by then you should be able to make money on your own with the farm." He told me as if I hadn't said anything, while giving me the money.

"Mr. Thoma-" I tried again but was interrupted.

"Well, I have some other business to do. Get along well kids." He said while walking away, leaving me standing there.

Well that was weird.

I took the bags and placed them inside for now, before looking at Riolu and Kirlia.

"Well that happened."

Before they could reply, there was a bright flash that blinded all 3 of us, but just before I got fully blinded I thought I saw 4 rings in the air. When we could finally see again, I saw 4 young girls laying on the ground, and no sign of those rings.

"Okay, now what is happening." I asked getting seriously confused, though the rings made me think of Hoopa, are these the girls that he was talking about. I just really hope Hoopa isn't involved, he is not known as the nicest pokemon after all.

I checked on the girls and it seemed they were just sleeping, and while looking if they were all right, I noticed all 4 were clutching a pokemon egg.

After seeing that they were okay, I and Kirlia moved them with Psychic to their room and laid them in their beds, I carefully put the eggs beside them on a pillow.

While I waited for them to wake up, I made them some food thinking they might be hungry.

And talking over food might make it easier to relax.

I woke up feeling myself laying on a bed, that showed instantly that I wasn't in the tower anymore. I never had anything to lay on there, just the cold stone ground.

I honestly just wanted to turn over and continue laying in this bed. Sadly I heard some people around me waking up too, and I wanted to check the situation even more.

Opening my eyes I looked around and found that I was in a room with 3 other girls. We all looked around the same age, are these the companions the box talked about.

"Wow, is this the new world that box was talking about, that means you girls are the companions it talked about. Let's be friends, my name it Naruko Uzumaki, dattebayo." The first girl said enthusiastically, she had lightly-tanned skin probably from being outside a lot, long tomato red hair, sky blue eyes, and whiskers marks on her cheeks for some reason, they didn't look drawn?

"Meep, Uhm ye-yes I would like to be f-fri-friends too. M-My name is Ru-Ruby Rose" The second girls said while hiding partially behind the cover of her bed, I guess she is shy? She was a fair-skinned young girl with silver eyes and neck-length black hair with red tips.

"Wow, am I really in another world. My name is Rose Potter by the way, I'm happy to get a friend finally, couldn't really get any in my old world." The third girl said calmly and softly. She was also fair-skinned, and had short dark-red hair and, bright green eyes.

"Erza Scarlet, nice to meet you" I said as the last one, not really knowing yet if we would become friends, but hoping so.

I couldn't help but notice that all of us had red-colored hair or at least partially. I myself had long scarlet-red hair, it was how I got my last name too, and brown eyes. My skin was paler than the others, but that was because I was in the tower for so long.

While I was looking over the others and myself, Naruko said. "Hey look, there is a weird egg here." While pointing at a egg beside her.

Looking over I saw that I and the others had one too.

Picking it up I saw that it was pretty big and had a weird pattern over it, I wonder what's inside.

"Maybe this pokemon creature the screen/box talked about is in the egg. And we must hatch it?" Rose explained/questioned.

"Oh, must I sit on it then, that is how chickens do it right?" Naruko said with a serious face, making me giggle.

*Knock* *Knock*

At that moment we heard a few knocks on the door, a moment later it opened to reveal a boy around or age maybe a little older. He had night-black hair and yellow eyes, his skin was also lightly tanned.

"Hello everyone, my name is Marcus Grain and welcome to my new home. If you girls are okay with it, I made some breakfast for you, maybe we could talk over breakfast." He said which I was okay with. And honestly I could use some food.

While I was not skin on bones anymore it seems, I hadn't eaten any good food in years now.

It seems the other girls agreed with me, and we followed him out the door to a cozy living room. On the dinner table were 4 plates with sandwiches, and I almost ignored the creatures standing in the room to instantly begin eating.

"Uhm what are those creatures standing there." Rose thankfully asked, while pointing at a dog/fox? Like creature standing on 2 legs, it was blue and black. And a white creature with green hair and 2 pink horns?

Marcus looked at the creatures and smiled. "Oh these are pokemon, the blue and black one is Riolu a fighting type and aura user. The white and green one is Kirlia a psychic type. Later I will explain more about typing to you girls."

"Riolu,""Kirlia." The two pokemon? Smiled at us.

"They are cute." I heard Ruby say softly.

"Cool, will my pokemon also be one of these, dattebayo." Naruko said with sparkles in her eyes.

Marcus laughed seeing her enthusiasm. "Haha, who knows. I saw that you all had a pokemon egg. But until it hatches we won't know. For now let's sit and eat."

We quickly said around the table after that and began to eat.

Eating normal food after so long made this simply taste divine, I thought.

"This tastes so good." Naruko said obviously thinking the same as me.

At least for now I know that the food here will be better, let's see what this new life has to bring further.

Eating these sandwiches as the others called it was nice, I normally don't have this type of food to eat.

Back in my world all I could afford was cup ramen. Of course ramen is the food of the gods, but it was nice to eat something else to for once.

While we were eating Marcus said "So, how about we start with introducing ourselves. I will start and you can say what you want about your old life, of course you can keep it to yourselves too." He continued by saying. "As I told you my name is Marcus Grain, I became 7 years old last month. This farm I live in is formerly from my grandfather who passed away 9 months ago, because of that and old age before, the farm needs to be remade/repaired. I am an aura user and psychic user with a basic mastery diploma in both, and I have a pokemon partner for both disciplines, Riolu and Kirlia. In my former live before I came here I was a farmer. Lived my whole life like that, so I know how to handle this luckily."

I don't really know anything about farming so I don't know if I can do it well, but I will do my best! That way I can get more of this delicious food.

"My name is Rose Potter, I'm 6 years old. I lived before in a world where magic existed it seems, though until the end I didn't know about that. Right know I seem to be a psychic user too, so I hope to learn about that." Rose explained, though she left a lot out of there it seems.

"Erza Scarlet. In my world there was magic too, though I was well aware of it. I don't really want to talk about the rest of my old world. I am now a psychic user too, oh, and also 6 years old." Erza said, she seems a bit closed-off to me.

"Well, I am Uzumaki Naruko, I come from a village of Ninja's, sadly I wasn't allowed to train to become one. Nobody really liked me there for some reason so I came here instead. Let's all be friends and eat good food, dattebayo." I told them, and am really hoping we can be good friends. I never had one before this. "Oh, and I am an aura user and 6 years old like you girls."

After that we all looked at the last member at the table.

"Uuh, I-I am Ruby Rose, 5, I mean 6 year old. An-And in my world there was aura too, tho-though it said that there was a difference. I have aura now just from this world, not-not that I had it in my old world." Ruby said though very nervously. "L-Let's get along." She said bowing her head.

"Well with introductions out of the way, I guess I will explain a bit about this world." Marcus told us. "This world of pokemon has a lot of different creatures like my pokemon here, there are around a 1000 known ones. There are 18 typings of them, but I will explain the intricacies of that later. Pokemon are intelligent beings, they can be as smart or even smarter than humans, though except for the Psychic type who can use Telepathy, they cannot talk in a language we can understand."

Hearing about these pokemon was making me very interested in them, I wonder how many there are and how many I can become friends with.

He further explained. "Pokemon come in al types of behavior, peaceful, territorial, aggressive, challenge seeking and many more. So while I will say that most pokemon are good, that doesn't mean they aren't dangerous. Because of that I would like it if, when you aren't with me outside, you stay at the farm for now. Of course once your pokemon eggs have hatched and you have your own partner, who can fight reasonably well, you can explore more of the outside world."

I wanted to immediately tell him no, because I wanted to explore outside and am strong myself. But remembering that I never left the village either, or when I was chased, I thought to at least wait for my pokemon to hatch first.

"All right now, how about a little tour of the farm, and after that we can maybe do a little cleaning up of the farm. I started yesterday and have already cleared a small plot, if we make it a little bigger we should be able to go to the village tomorrow for shopping and buying of the first crops we will grow." Marcus asked with a smile.

After looking at each other we agreed. Marcus then let us around the farm, it didn't look that impressive right now, not that I knew how a farm was supposed to look.

When we had seen the whole farm, Marcus let us to the plot he had cleared and together we began clearing the rest while Marcus came from the shed with a hoe and began tilting the land.

He said it was for making the land ready for crops to grow.

After we were done and Marcus had watered the plot to loosen the soil, we went back inside, but only after cleaning up.

Marcus told us we had to do that every time so that the house would stay clean, that was new to me. But then again my home/apartment wasn't very clean.

The evening meal was once again delicious, I can get used to eating like this.

After the meal Marcus asked. "Okay, so tomorrow I am heading into town to buy us supplies. Because this is the first time I would like it if we could all go together, that way we can all explore the town and you, and I can get to know the place better."

"All right, lets do it, I am so excited." I exclaimed, while also hoping the villagers here wouldn't be mean to me.

The others were also okay with this.

So tomorrow would be my first look at a new village in this world.
