Sinopse
There is a huge gap between the story of anime and the realistic story of Pokemon. This light novel closes that gap and gives the viewers a believable and exciting story with lots of adventure.
Follow our protagonist Axel Blaze, a reincarnated person. With his knowledge of the previous Pokemon world, he hopes to dominate the world. But after he realizes how very wrong he was.
This novel has a system, just to make things fun, the story is not focused on it though.

So this novel tells the story of Axel blaze but all points of hidden difficulty he has to face to get it to there.

(The story has a similar start as 'Pokemon - a mystical journey' so some people are probably confused. I wanted to say that only the beginning of the story is similar, not the later chapters and this story is not a copy.)

maybe its just preference but this novel basically ticked every red flag for me.. the author actually implements chinese cultivation nonsense into the novel; he nicknames his pokemon; mc joins a family/clan (a huge financial decision with basically no thought or preparation); every pokemon of his gets lamer and lamer with the exception of charizard (basically bug and rat pokemon). and every second sentence in the novel is cringe af
There are several major issues with this novel. First, how can it be called a 'realistic take on Pokemon when he has a system? (don't believe the description is a major focus in the novel). Second, the MC has crazy luck his first Pokemon has high talent despite being a 'random' selection it even has strong egg moves. Third, the MC's Pokemon find it easy to learn moves despite him doing nothing special with their training. Fourth, the MC was supposably a researcher for a lab when he was a kid, surely he would've been given a sponsorship by them if he was such a genius. Fifth, the MC acts like a child despite having memories of reincarnation. Sixth, at times there is wuxia and xianxia style writing which feels out of place, e.g. he was called a country bumpkin and crowds commentate fights with pointless and unrealistic dialogue. Look I know it's just fanfic and this is Webnovel so as a reader you're not exactly looking for gold but even the name of it is misleading so would not recommend it.

The name of this FF is quite ironic as it butchers through the world design of Pokemon implementing the author's own world rules (Chinese pill system, clans[fck venu family arc], Pokemon core, etc.) this is nothing but unreal from the Pokemon world's point of view. The author makes a grave mistake by removing the freedom of the Poke world, there are way too many conditions for a lot of things that don't exist in the original Pokemon world like the restrictions to get an egg. It's quite disappointing, to be honest.
Very good and interesting. Felt like I too was in the world of Pokémon. Everyone who are fans of Pokémon should definitely read this novel as its like we ourselves are inside it and are like catching Pokémon and going to the journey

After reading a lot of your comments I came to realize that there are a lot of grammatical mistakes in the first chapters. Another good story with good potential suddenly turned trash by laziness and cliches. The story was good at first and had a decent amount of originality. However, as the chapters went on, the translation started becoming lazier and more like a Chinese translation. And becomes worse when it tries to force in Chinese cultivation into the world of pokemon, and does so rather badly. It's even more depressing when you read the notes from the author talking about how hard he worked on this and issues irl.
I gave this a shot, despite the summary ticking off so many red-flags. "Realistic" fics all that tend to throw themselves into the angst and never really leave for no freaking reason. While this isn't quite that bad, it does (as other reviewers have said) have an excessive level of cultivation elements (and while I enjoy the occassional cultivation fic, I'm not reading Pokemon fics for that). Not to say that there aren't those who will enjoy some of the things that are offered, but it just didn't reach the bar of quality for me to enjoy.
This author has taken an really interesting approach to the Pokémon world I really feel like the chapter's are gonna be amazing.✌️✌️✌️🔥 Good work dude.

I gave this novel an overal rating of 5.. just for the heck of it. Always been a fannnn of pokemon world and i always read pokemon fanfiction.. i thnk it is going to be better than "journey towards greatnes" Do you have patreon of this novel? There are very less chapter for it in here.
A good novel with realistic views just as the ritle says. Hope this pokemon novel will be good. I have not come across any good pokemon novel. The grammar is also pretty good for a fanfiction novel. It is readable. Good luck author . Hope u update it regularly.
It's a regular adaptation, have more chinese fic than Pokemon traditional story, is good, but is heavy read 30 caps about Venu Family and Axel travel in this, MC is a Good Guy, and nothing more, i feel the history has potential but. Sometimes the point of being a "Realistic" story is lost by creating concepts, stories, etc., it is not at the level of a 12 year old on Wattpad, but I feel that there are things that can be developed or written better, I will still read this thing, but because I want to know who Brine is, anyway, I give it a 6/10, it's better than Master of Tactics in my opinion, but please, don't put so many things or references from chinese culture novels.
the story has many elements common with xinxia novels and chinise clichee tropes...the mc has a young master vipe..

Cómo latino y con un inglés un poco vago, está historia puedo leerla con el uso de Google traductor, pero aún así con los errores que conlleva usarlo, puedo leer esta increíble historia, el uso de los personajes de los juegos es increíble, la personalidad de Oak como la de Lance, es muy diferente a lo que pensé que iba a ser, aunque claro tiene otras cosas que me gustaría ver, y sería el uso de los demás personajes que tiene en su gran almacén que es pokemon, incluso los que el mismo creo, ya que el protagonismo completo se lo lleva el protagonista, claro está pero me gustaría ver mejor a los demás algo que los demás hagan de manera increible, y lo digo por los entrenadores porque si es por los Pokémon estos estaban muy bien, ya sea los legendarios como ese Árbok de la marea
