[News! I've Already Confronted the Five Kage, and the System Just Arrived! Event!!!]

<150 Power Stones/Chapter!>

====

The battle in Wano Country raged on throughout the night, causing quite a stir. Most of the commotion occurred in the five regions outside the Flower Capital.

The appearance and participation of Hyogoro of the Flowers, Ashura, and the other samurai attracted a lot of attention.

This was beneficial for the battle. The names "Uncle Hyogoro" and "Nine Red Scabbards" inspired many hidden retainers and samurai to come forward and join the fight.

The "Plague" Queen was slain by the combined efforts of Hyogoro, Ashura, Kawamatsu, and the mid-battle arrival of Kikunojo. Both Ashura and Kikunojo were severely injured.

Other battlefields also suffered heavy losses, with thousands of samurai wounded and over a thousand killed.

Nonetheless, these samurai demonstrated impressive strength; each one could rival hundreds in the Paradise region.

The Beasts Pirates, yet to consume artificial Devil Fruits, were fewer in number and not as powerful, allowing the samurai to resist effectively. As dawn approached, Hyogoro and Kawamatsu led the remaining forces to the Flower Capital to provide support.

However, the Flower Capital was eerily quiet. By the time they arrived, Hiyori had already ascended to the shogun's seat with Denjiro by her side. According to them, Darkrai, the "Nightmare God," had already purged the Kurozumi clan members from the capital.

The group then turned their attention to Onigashima, only to find the island missing, with the sea either frozen solid or covered in leaves. The warriors, arriving too late, stood in awe at the transformed seascape.

Thus, two more deities were immortalized in Wano Country's legends: "Ice God" Lapras and "Leaf God" Sceptile.

One week after Hiyori's ascension, temples were erected for the three gods, and their stories were recorded as historical texts.

However, the accounts were riddled with inaccuracies due to the lack of firsthand witnesses to their power, leading Hiyori to write based on her understanding:

Nightmare God, Darkrai: A god with the power to make people sleep forever, silently eliminating enemies like Kurozumi Orochi.

Ice God, Lapras: A powerful, impartial god with the ability to freeze time and space, nearly killing Hyogoro and the other samurai.

Leaf God, Sceptile: A strong and compassionate god, master of nature and plants, and the best swordsman, who convinced Ashura Doji to join the fight against Kaido.

Unbeknownst to Dak, these details were not deemed necessary for him to know by Hiyori.

Subsequently, whenever Lapras visited Wano, it was avoided by the people, leading to its occasional bouts of crying into Dak's lap.

Sceptile, on the other hand, was revered as the highest samurai, surpassing even Ryuma, adored by the people and frequently adorned with flowers and berries, much to its annoyance.

Darkrai became a figure used to scare children into behaving. These events, however, were years in the making.

...

Pokémon Alliance Year 0, December 31st.

Tomorrow would mark the first holiday for Pokémon Island – New Year's Day.

Today, Pokémon Island would open its doors to the outside world. This wasn't an ordinary opening; it was an invitation extended to select individuals who understood the rules and values of the Breeding House and Dak.

The Whitebeard Pirates, Marines, Mihawk, and other significant figures had already received invitations from Bon Clay.

Neptune also expressed his desire to meet Whitebeard to explain Fish-Man Island's relocation, feeling indebted to Whitebeard's protection.

Besides these notable groups, the Revolutionary Army had planned their visit well. Karasu's egg had hatched into a Murkrow, perfectly complementing his ability to transform into crows.

Murkrow's keen hearing also made Karasu's loudspeaker unnecessary, much to his delight.

The successful hatching of Murkrow indicated that the Revolutionary Army was ready to handle a large-scale acquisition of Pokémon eggs.

Dragon had been preparing funds for this massive purchase while also targeting the World Government.

On December 31st, Dragon, accompanied by several top officers, arrived with boxes of money.

"Dak, this is the sum we have prepared for this transaction," Dragon said, gesturing to his officers who placed several large black boxes before Dak.

"How many are you planning to buy?" Dak asked, eyeing the money with a frown. The sum was enormous, easily over a hundred billion Berries.

Dragon responded, "We need 10,000 green-quality eggs and 200 blue-quality eggs, totaling 120 billion Berries."

"120 billion Berries... that's equivalent to 120,000 Pokécoins, enough to buy a Legendary Pokémon," Dak thought, tempted but cautious. "Do you realize what 10,200 Pokémon hatchlings mean?"

Handling that many infant Pokémon was no easy task. The Marineford incident was a stark reminder of the chaos it could cause. Dragon and his team had done their research and taken measures.

"We've invested 80 billion Berries in building orphanages and nursing homes worldwide," Belo Betty explained. "These hundreds of facilities, each staffed with hundreds to thousands of members, will discreetly serve as care centers for the Pokémon hatchlings."

"Are you sure you can handle this?" Dak questioned.

"Yes. We've ensured that no more than 15 Pokémon hatchlings are placed in each facility, with at least 45 caretakers per facility," Betty reassured.

Satisfied with their thorough plan, Dak agreed. "Very well, the eggs are yours."

The transaction was completed, and the Pokémon Alliance received 120 billion Berries.

"By the way, why don't you all stay on Pokémon Island today?" Dak suggested to the Revolutionary Army members after sealing such a large transaction. "Tomorrow is New Year's Day on Pokémon Island, and it will be very lively. You might enjoy it."

Dragon looked at his companions and then nodded, agreeing. He was also curious to see how much Pokémon Island had developed.

He had heard that Fish-Man Island had disappeared and that the former Warlord of the Sea, Jinbe, was now working for the Pokémon Alliance.

Dragon had long suspected that the disappearance of Fish-Man Island was related to the Pokémon Alliance.

"In that case, please wait a moment. I'll have Robin take you to Alliance City."

...

After sending off the Revolutionary Army, Dak returned to his room. The Breeding House had amassed a significant amount of funds over the past two days, and Dak was ready to make some substantial expenditures.

Yesterday, the Marines had spent 7 billion Berries, likely extracted from the World Government's funds, purchasing 1,000 green-quality Pokémon eggs and 500 blue-quality eggs, costing 6 billion.

Another billion was used to buy Poké Balls and various consumables. They seemed to have developed their own food substitutes, so they no longer needed to buy food from the Breeding House.

The remaining income came from the business over the past two or three days from various outlets, totaling another billion Berries. The Breeding House's reputation was now solid, and customers paid upfront rather than later. The money was already in the account.

"Let me see."

Balance: 2 Million Pokécoins

The system balance showed 2 million Pokécoins. The alliance's warehouse also held a substantial amount of gold, silver, treasure, fine blades, and Devil Fruits looted from the Kurozumi family and the Beasts Pirates.

Such immense wealth!

With 2 million Pokécoins at his disposal, Dak had previously decided to use the money to enhance his own abilities, so he wouldn't always have to rely on Pokémon.

He wanted his Pokémon to live their own lives freely on Pokémon Island, making friends, finding mates, and starting families, including Darkrai.

However, without sufficient strength, Darkrai would never feel comfortable leaving his side.

For this reason alone, Dak needed to become stronger.

When the store managers and their partner Pokémon grew stronger over the next few years, Sceptile and the others could retire and find their own happiness.

First, he decided to use Pokécoins to enhance his psychic abilities.

Spending 600,000 Pokécoins, Dak's psychic power instantly reached level 10, the maximum level. However, this created a new problem: the energy consumption was enormous.

Dak's current energy could sustain a full-power psychic battle for only about five minutes. This was enough for battles within this world, but might not suffice against legendary Pokémon from the Pokémon world.

Psychic abilities offered many uses, with the basic one being 'Telekinesis,' capable of tearing a person apart.

But this was just a basic application, relying solely on the power of the psychic ability.

Higher levels allowed more sophisticated uses, like separating one's personality into a puppet, similar to Sabrina in the Pokémon series.

However, Dak felt this was too risky to try.

Next, Dak spent 400,000 Pokécoins on a lottery, hoping to enhance his combat abilities. He drew a large amount of money, berries, medical supplies, ordinary consumables, and rare items, including evolution stones, which he stored in the alliance warehouse for future use.

Among the rare items, he obtained several Mega Stones, though none were usable by his current Pokémon.

Still, they would be valuable in future auctions or as rewards.

In addition to these items, Dak obtained significant boosts to his abilities:

Observation Haki upgraded to level 7, increasing its range and reaction speed, and developing a unique trait due to Dak's psychic abilities. It now leaned towards future sight and mind reading, similar to Katakuri and Queen Otohime.

Armament Haki upgraded to level 8, mastering techniques like 'Hardening,' 'Imbuement,' and 'Emission.' This allowed Dak to attack Logia users and potentially combine Haki with his psychic abilities.

Door-Door Fruit upgraded to level 7, enabling more advanced uses like teleportation and shapeshifting doors, limited only by Dak's imagination.

"Excellent. Other than my physical fitness, all my abilities are now top-tier even in the New World," Dak thought, satisfied. His current capabilities made him formidable, able to dominate for at least five minutes in a fight against even the Four Emperors. If they survived beyond that, Dak would concede their strength.

Moreover, the lottery had unexpectedly granted him thousands of Pokémon eggs and Pokémon.

Most were green or blue quality, with a few white, purple, and even one or two orange-quality.

These Pokémon, often struggling in the wild, had been placed in Dak's care by the system.

While managing these Pokémon would be challenging due to the current lack of suitable habitats on Pokémon Island, the benefits outweighed the drawbacks.

With the rapid growth of the Pokémon Alliance and its members, these wild Pokémon provided an excellent opportunity for new trainers to bond with Pokémon without Dak needing to purchase additional ones to populate the island's ecosystem.

"Alright, I'll assign some well-behaved Pokémon to the Pokémon Academy for training purposes, and as for the rest..." Dak murmured, planning while glancing at his balance.

Balance: 1 Million Pokécoins

Building the Pokémon Academy and purchasing various educational equipment would cost at least 300,000 Pokécoins. Another 100,000 Pokécoins would be needed to construct a Coordination Tournament arena. Fish-Man Island also required large-scale Pokémon Centers and Poké Mart facilities, costing about 100,000 Pokécoins.

The Pokémon eggs for the Marines and the Revolutionary Army had already been obtained through the lottery, covering most of the transactions.

Dak also wanted to build non-essential facilities like a museum, a Safari Zone, and a Trainer Ranking Hall in Alliance City.

However, these plans would require more funds than the remaining 500,000 Pokécoins.

Dak wanted to implement a global seasonal system on Pokémon Island, costing 1 million Pokécoins, but funds were insufficient.

While Vegapunk's geothermal system wasn't yet complete, it would be finished in about two weeks.

Once done, Dak hoped to show everyone a snowy winter.

"Forget it. I'll use the remaining 500,000 Pokécoins to enhance the natural environment around Alliance City.

We can't have these wild Pokémon without proper habitats," Dak concluded.
