After a lengthy explanation from Gyarados, Shirahoshi finally believed the identity of the two large serpentine Pokémon.

As for Milotic, it hadn't uttered a word from start to finish, merely holding its head high and staring proudly at everyone present.

Shirahoshi then explained to her family about her recent experiences.

Upon hearing that Shirahoshi had been living peacefully on Pokémon Island with Pokémon and that the people at the Pokémon Nursery didn't reject her, Neptune and Otohime were thoughtful.

"Shirahoshi, do you like the environment on Pokémon Island? How does it compare to Fish-Man Island?" Otohime asked, sitting beside Shirahoshi on the bed, exchanging a glance with Neptune.

Shirahoshi began to describe the vast, endless grasslands, the pure, clear inland sea, and the people and Pokémon living together in Alliance City. Her eyes were filled with wonder and admiration for what she had seen on Pokémon Island.

However, she also expressed her deep affection for Fish-Man Island, where she had grown up. It was also a beautiful place with many unique sights that couldn't be found on Pokémon Island.

If Shirahoshi had to make a choice, she might, after much hesitation, choose Fish-Man Island because it was home.

"I see. Thank you for telling us," Otohime smiled and nodded, seeming to have made a decision in her heart. "Now, take your friends and go play, but don't go too far."

"Okay!" Shirahoshi was clearly thrilled. This was her first time showing her friends around Fish-Man Island.

Gyarados and Milotic, now much larger than Shirahoshi, were still young at heart. The three of them would undoubtedly cause quite a stir on Fish-Man Island.

Meanwhile, after Shirahoshi left, Neptune immediately convened a high-level meeting at Ryugu Palace.

He understood his wife's intentions and prepared to gather more opinions from others.

In the palace's conference room, everyone who needed to be there soon arrived.

Besides the royal family, there were the left and right ministers of Ryugu Palace.

The entire Fish-Man Island, at least the areas illuminated by light, was primarily managed by this group.

This was likely due to Neptune being a benevolent king and Otohime's frequent acts of kindness, earning them the loyalty of many.

Even ten years later, the three princes remained highly popular and well-loved by the common people.

Of course, Fish-Man Island had its darker corners.

Fish-Man District.

The place where Fisher Tiger grew up, now under Jinbe's leadership.

However, Jinbe was not universally accepted in Fish-Man District. While Fisher Tiger was a respected big brother figure who looked after the district's ruffians, Jinbe was merely the strongest among them.

It was precisely because the fish-men of Fish-Man District respected Fisher Tiger that they reacted so violently to his death at the hands of humans, refusing to sign Otohime's petition.

This area produced many hardline racists, with Arlong being a prime example. Jinbe, too, had once shared such sentiments.

Arlong's extreme hatred for humans made him popular in Fish-Man District, while Jinbe, who began to embrace Fisher Tiger's 'eye for an eye' philosophy, became increasingly unpopular among these radicals.

Arlong was likely already in the East Blue, so Jinbe was the only representative from Fish-Man District.

Jinbe had spent the past few years leading Ryugu Palace's military, so he maintained good relations with those in the palace.

"So, Princess Shirahoshi has already contacted the people at the Pokémon Nursery?" Jinbe's eyes were filled with seriousness.

Clearly, Jinbe took this matter very seriously.

He was far more aware of the current state of the world than those who had spent most of their lives in the depths of the sea, especially as one of the Seven Warlords of the Sea under the World Government.

Although the World Government hadn't issued any directives regarding the Pokémon Alliance to the Warlords, the bounties over the past two days made it clear how powerful the Pokémon Alliance was.

Setting aside the exaggerated bounty nearing that of the New World's three emperors for the Alliance Leader, the bounties for the three Pokémon alone were enough to indicate their strength.

Any one of these three Pokémon could easily overwhelm Fish-Man Island.

"That's right, but Shirahoshi likes it there. The Pokémon Nursery seems to have no particular view on the people of Fish-Man Island," Otohime nodded, revealing her thoughts to everyone.

"If they can live with humans and Pokémon, then the nursery's owner likely won't reject us either," Neptune added.

If Pokémon Island was as Shirahoshi described, it was undoubtedly better than their current world. They wouldn't have to worry about losing their people anymore.

And Neptune had his own thoughts.

He was tired of seeing Otohime begging and being looked down upon daily. He could also see how much the people of Fish-Man Island rejected Otohime's ideas.

In Neptune's view, attempting to become a World Government affiliate, with all its uncertainties, was far less appealing than trying to join the Pokémon Alliance. Even if it meant paying more 'Heavenly Tribute,' it would be worth it.

At least Pokémon Island didn't allow fighting, while the World Government wouldn't send anyone to the deep sea to protect Fish-Man Island.

If they could make this decision, Otohime wouldn't have to endure the humiliations of dealing with the World Government and the Celestial Dragons.

Neptune wasn't yet aware that they no longer had to worry about the Celestial Dragons because there were hardly any left.

"I've heard there are endless grasslands there."

"Pristine and open oceans."

"The sun, cities, humans, and Pokémon~"

The three princes spoke up, their young hearts unguarded, expressing their high hopes for Pokémon Island.

"Our people deserve to enjoy the sunlight and land. I want the children of Fish-Man Island to see the grasslands, forests, and human cities. To see what it's like," Otohime said, expressing her long-held desire to move Fish-Man Island to the surface.

Many children from Fish-Man Island would sneak up to see Sabaody Archipelago out of curiosity, leading to many being captured by waiting slave traders.

"..." Jinbe's mind was in turmoil.

Otohime's arguments were valid, but living alongside humans was no easy task.

Jinbe was still relatively young, with some blonde hair, and the wounds from Tiger's death were still fresh. He hadn't fully let go of his grievances against humans.

Moreover, he knew how the people of Fish-Man District would react to this idea.

"It would be wise to first discuss this with the owner of the Pokémon Nursery," suggested the Left Minister, stroking his beard with his cane.

"Indeed, whether Fish-Man Island agrees or not, we can't be sure they'd accept us. We're just making assumptions," said the straightforward Right Minister, a seahorse merman.

"Very well, I will use the pocket token to visit the nursery and speak with its owner. Otohime, you can gauge the opinions of Fish-Man Island's residents. Have Shirahoshi share her experiences on Pokémon Island with the people," Neptune decided quickly.

"Your Majesty, let me accompany you," Jinbe stood up, willing to help.

Despite his grievances with humans, Jinbe was wholly dedicated to his people and deeply respected the royal family.

"Thank you, Jinbe," Neptune replied without hesitation.

While the relationship between Ryugu Palace and Fish-Man District was strained, Neptune and Jinbe had a good relationship.

Neptune knew how much Jinbe had sacrificed for Fish-Man Island, and Jinbe knew how well Neptune treated his subjects.

"We will depart once Shirahoshi returns."

...

On the sea near Water 7.

A highly advanced steel warship slowly approached the northern shore of Water 7, its flag bearing only two numbers.

Germa.

Standing at the bow was a tall, blond man, bearing a striking resemblance to the legendary 'Golden Lion.'

'Monster Bird' Vinsmoke Judge.

The biological father of Sanji, and once a scientist with MADS alongside Vegapunk, Judge was highly skilled in biological sciences.

However, he was deeply flawed.

Vain, arrogant, cold, selfish, and callous towards the lives of others, he viewed non-royals as inferior, much like a weakened version of the Celestial Dragons.

His redeeming qualities were his sense of gratitude and his unwavering commitment to his promises.

After being saved on Whole Cake Island, he fully assisted the Straw Hats in escaping, nearly getting wiped out by Big Mom and even being delisted as a World Government affiliate.

He also kept his promise to Sanji by staying out of sight.

Judge's appearance here had an unmistakable purpose: he was after the Pokémon Nursery branch.

The warship carried hundreds of black-suited individuals, all cloned soldiers without emotions.

Accompanying Judge to Water 7 was only a pink-haired girl.

"This must be the place," Judge looked at Water 7 with a blank expression, unimpressed by its scenery.

However, his eyes lit up noticeably when he saw the Pokémon.

The day after the destruction of the World Government.

The world was busy.

Dak had no idea what kind of turmoil was happening across the sea, but he was sure the world was definitely busy.

Because.

The Red Line had split.

Mariejois was destroyed.

The world couldn't not be busy.

Dak was confident that whether the world was in chaos today depended on the Pokémon Alliance.

Sure enough, Dak was woken up early in the morning by Smoochum.

"Smooch!" Smoochum stood by Dak's bedside, patting his shoulder with its little hand.

"Uh, is Bon calling me? Got it, I'll be right there," Dak said, understanding Smoochum's message perfectly, probably because they had been together for a while.

Smoochum nodded, jumped off the bed, and tumbled to the floor.

Dak sighed and, with practiced ease, reached down to scoop Smoochum up.

Too practiced.

He didn't want to be this skilled at such a thing.

Even before opening his eyes, Dak felt something lick his face.

That big tongue could only belong to one Pokémon.

"Lapras!" Dak reluctantly got out of bed.

One lick from Lapras instantly woke him up, as its tongue was very wet and cold.

"Lapras," Lapras greeted warmly, nodding its head.

"Got it," Dak said, washing up and getting dressed under Lapras's urging, then slowly walking out of the bedroom.

Lapras acted like a gentle nanny, just as it probably took care of its offspring in its own species.

Upon stepping out of his bedroom, Dak saw three different groups waiting for him.

Representing Fish-Man Island were Neptune, Jinbe, and the Right Minister.

Representing Germa were Judge, Reiju, and a secretary.

Representing the News Corporation was Morgans and two of his editorial staff.

Dak k had some guesses about the purposes of their visits but wasn't entirely certain.

No wonder Bon had felt the need to wake him up; usually, only significant issues would prompt Bon to call him out of his sleep.

"This isn't the place for a discussion. Come with me," Dak said, scratching his head, leading the group towards Pokémon Island.

Unlike before, the Pokémon Alliance now had its own base, so it made sense to conduct such discussions in the base's reception hall.

Besides, the height of the nursery wasn't suitable for Neptune, who was 11 meters tall, while the nursery's ceiling was only 10 meters high, making it uncomfortable for him.

The three groups exchanged glances, temporarily suppressing their thoughts.

Neptune and Judge were curious to see what the legendary Pokémon Island was like.

Morgans, on the other hand, intended to assess the current state of Pokémon Island. Based on his investigation, he had discovered that quite a few familiar faces had disappeared from Water 7 overnight.

About three minutes later.

Walking through the streets of Alliance City, looking at the still somewhat sparse shops on either side, the group was visibly stunned.

Feeling the sunshine from the sky and the breeze on their faces, they couldn't believe another world truly existed.

And this world belonged to the Pokémon Alliance.

They could clearly feel their powers being suppressed to a very minimal level, with Morgans almost losing the ability to maintain his bird form.

"How astonishing. Shirahoshi was right about everything," Neptune said, a large bubble floating around his waist—an essential tool for merfolk to move on land; otherwise, they would have to hop around.

"Indeed. This city seems to have started developing not long ago. The population isn't large, and many areas remain undeveloped," Jinbe observed, walking on land.

His eyes were filled with wonder at what he saw on Pokémon Island, a place he had never imagined.

As a fish-man, he could clearly feel that the people living in Alliance City were not hostile. Their gazes were more curious than disdainful or contemptuous.

This change was brought about by Pokémon and, of course, thanks to Dak's efforts.

The residents of Alliance City, or rather the people of Water 7, had seen many different types of Pokémon, developing a strong level of acceptance. Seeing Neptune and his group wasn't surprising.

The key factor was.

Dak was leading the way.

Those with a bit of insight knew these guests were with Dak, likely to discuss some matters, so naturally, they wouldn't cause trouble.

"The ruler of a world," Judge's eyes were filled with fervor.

He was a man with a high desire for power and prestige, dreaming of helping the Germa Kingdom reclaim the North Blue and constantly striving for this goal.

Initially, Judge didn't think much of Pokémon Island, but after witnessing its existence and everything within it, many ideas inevitably began to form in his mind.

Of course, he wasn't arrogant enough to think about seizing this world or anything like that.

Judge never intended to oppose the Pokémon Alliance because he knew Germa couldn't afford to provoke such a force.

He was merely considering how to gain a position on Pokémon Island through some trade-off.

Reiju, the 13-year-old girl, had no such ambitions. She was merely curious, admiring the people and Pokémon around her with a hint of envy.

She longed for such freedom.

And the companionship one could trust.

Everything about Pokémon Island seemed almost too good to be true for her.

As for Morgans.

He wasted no time, constantly clicking the shutter on his trusty camera to capture everything he saw.

He had guessed correctly; wherever the Pokémon Alliance was, there would be headline news.

He understood the concept of 'traffic' all too well.

Walking at the front, Dak observed the group's reactions. He had deliberately led them from the center of Alliance City towards the Alliance Base.

He wanted these people to see the development of Alliance City.

After all, Dak had his plans for the three individuals behind him, hoping to extract something valuable from them.

When they reached the long bridge leading to the front of the Alliance Base, the group was once again taken aback.

The most excited was undoubtedly Neptune.

He seemed to have found a suitable place for the residents of Fish-Man Island. This must be the vast sea area Shirahoshi had mentioned, and it indeed looked large enough for the Fish-Man Island population.

"King Neptune seems to like this sea?" Dak asked, noticing Neptune nodding and smiling.

"Yes," Neptune openly admitted, not hiding his thoughts.

This caused Judge and Morgans to glance at Neptune. Considering the current state of Fish-Man Island, they could guess Neptune's purpose for coming.

Dak, however, did not continue the conversation.

He did have the idea of relocating all of Fish-Man Island to become a city on Pokémon Island, but he wouldn't bring it up himself.

He would wait for Neptune to propose it.

That way, Dak could set more conditions.

The three groups followed Dak into a building deep within the Alliance Base, where Robin had prepared everything.

A large conference table and milk coffee were ready.

The milk coffee was made from Moo Moo Milk and cocoa beans from the Pokémon world, a unique beverage not found in the pirate world.

"Now, tell me your purposes for coming here. Morgans, why don't you start?" Dak opened the discussion, addressing Morgans.

He guessed Morgans came to ask about the Red Line splitting incident, thinking it related to the Pokémon Alliance.

That's why he let Morgans speak first.

To show Neptune and Judge the power and dominance of the Pokémon Alliance, prompting them to carefully consider their next words.

"Alliance Leader, my subordinates reported that the Red Line split a few days ago, and they saw many World Government members' bodies floating in the sea," Morgans cautiously asked.

"Yes, that's correct. Our Pokémon Alliance did it. You must have seen the recent World Government bounties and notices.

While our alliance doesn't seek trouble, we don't fear it either. So, we took action and destroyed Mariejois yesterday. However, Giratina might have gone a bit overboard and accidentally cracked the Red Line," Dark said nonchalantly, his words causing everyone present to gulp, "But this is good news for you, right? It'll be less troublesome to reach the New World from now on."

"Alliance Leader is wise and mighty!" Morgans immediately stood up and applauded, knowing how to read the room.

"Mariejois?!" Neptune's eyes widened, looking at Dak as if to confirm something, but he didn't dare mention the word in front of the others.

"And the Celestial Dragons?!" Jinbe, lacking the same restraint, asked directly, having not yet learned to think as deeply as Fisher Tiger.

Judge and Morgans couldn't help but raise their eyebrows. They had thought about this question but hadn't dared to ask. Jinbe's inquiry, however, was beneficial to them.

If they could get the information from Dak, they wouldn't have to risk angering the World Government by investigating.

"The Celestial Dragons? Let me think. There should be about a dozen left. Not many," Dak replied casually.

"..." The room seemed to freeze.

Everyone, including Neptune and Judge, broke out in a cold sweat, their pupils trembling.

What were they about to say?

Damn, they forgot!
