Christine's POV
It then dawned on me that the reason for her attitude is that she already knows that her mom is dead. I took a deep breath, and now I think that the glass on the trembling hands has finally fallen, and it can never be the same again. I had this urge that our relationship won't last at all, and it has happened.
"Christine, you don't have any right to retrain me from walking out of this house. I might not be able to hire a good lawyer, but just a complaint from me is enough to put you behind bars." She said as she walked out of the room.
I ruffled my hair in frustration, this is the least of how I expected today to be. Why on Earth is this happening now? I sat on the edge of the bed, thinking of what strategy to take now.
Making up my mind, I walked out of the room to hers and saw her packing up her stuff. I didn't stop her, I just leaned on the door frame and watched her as she arranged every one of her clothes with anger.
