Capítulo 70: A friend's state

"Do you have everything ready?" Cipher asked upon entering the chamber which Gabriela stays. 

"Yep. I have what I need." Gabriela replied. "Besides, it's not like I brought anything when I came here."

As she was about to move, she notice the framed photo on the bedside table. A photo of her mother, father, and her, a few years back. 

"Aren't you gonna take it?"

"Grandpa said I could. But this is where she belongs. I can't take her with me." Gabriela claimed then dashed out of the room without turning back, leaving Cipher alone, contemplating as he gazes upon the photo. 

He understands that not only the picture but the room holds great attachment to her yet to see her brushing it off in the surface, makes him feel a little sad for her.

"Aren't you coming?" Gabriela called out, urging Cipher to get moving.
