"If you think I'm willingly getting off of this tree, you are crazy. I don't know you. Are you with Jacob's pack?" Dominique asked. 

 The wolf shook it's head from side to side and sat down on the ground. He just stared at her and then looked off into the distance. So, he wasn't with Jacob's pack? She wasn't sure that she believed that. She wished she knew where Nathaniel was. She heard a crashing sound through the woods and then saw several wolves come up to the white wolf. They suddenly changed into men and looked up at where she was. 

 "Woman, you have to come down. We have orders to come up and get you if necessary. Our Alpha commands you to come down. We are here on a truce with Nathaniel. No matter what happens to him, we are to get you to safety."
