Capítulo 243: Two Unexpected Visitors

Imani stepped out of the room, shutting the door behind herself and held Lucas' hand. He glanced down at their joined hands, noting that she faintly smelt of Nikolay, and he gently squeezed her hand. He wanted to ask if he was going to lose her to Nikolay but he didn't want to force her to choose between him and the vampire.

"Someone's at the door," he said in a low voice as the doorbell rang and he began to pull her down the hallway, towards the stairs. Imani wanted to say something but she didn't know what to say. She had just let Nikolay suck on her nipples and Lucas had heard her moaning so she didn't think there was anything she could say to make him forget that.
