Capítulo 44: CHASING ROSA

"Honey, I'll be staying out tonight. Is it okay that I leave you at home alone?" asked Hayam when he got home.

Hayam just got a call from his assistant. He received an invitation to take part in events at the Earth Alms in the village with the farmers. The event will last until the morning because there is a puppet show. After that, Hayam will go to one of the Islamic boarding schools and meet the owner.

"It's a busy event. I'll be home tomorrow morning or afternoon," continued Hayam. He gave a detailed explanation.

"I don't mind," said Vania casually. "You did all that for the sake of the regent election. There are many important people you have to meet for the voice consolidation process."

"You're right. But, you're not angry that I'm staying, are you?" asked Hayam to be sure. "We just got engaged. But, we haven't found the right time to be alone together."
