Capítulo 219: Research resumes
After getting his reward and the "hint" to where the Crown of urizen is and Finishing the cleaning of the Kodama Kaneki made his decision to resume the researching.
Kaneki: I'm Hooome~

Kaneki: oh she's not here yet. Oh well I should start preparing dinner now, but what should I make? Hmmm, I know! I'll make beef and chicken Hamburg steak with cheese. I know for a fact that is her favorite dish. Well time to start cooking!
Kaneki started to get the ingredients and make dinner.
Meanwhile*
Miku: so did you make any progress Yuuka-Oneechan?
Yuuka: progress?
Miku: you know on Onii-chan?
Yuuka: sigh~ nope, it's honestly really difficult.
Shino: I know what your getting at unlike the camping trip we're not doing it in partners.
Miku, Shino and Yuuka were talking in their secret base the tree house in the forest.
Yuuka: yeah, the only time I was able to be alone with him is when we were at the mural but even then we weren't truly alone since Natsuki was there.
Miku: yeah this is very difficult for you now but I think you might have a chance to be alone with him more now.
Shino & Yuuka: what do you mean?
Miku: well, Natsuki told me she won't be able to help Onii-chan with the whole Mural thing because she's focusing the stuff in her book.
Shino: oh yeah, that's right he might be going to Kyoto soon as well.
Yuuka: Kyoto? Why Kyoto?
Miku: he's probably going to meet up with our grandparents. I think Natsuki mentioned that wee need to find the family that has the blood of Higanbana.
Shino: Oh yeah, Since Kaneki is from that family there might be a hint somewhere in Kyoto.
Yuuka: I see, so you two have met them already?
Miku & Shino: yup.
Yuuka: alright then, I'll be with him for a while then but when will we start research again?
Miku: who knows?
Ping!
Miku: alright, time to go home.
Shino: yup, if we don't go home soon our parents and Kaneki will be very worried.
Yuuka: well then see you two tomorrow. Bye.
Shino & Miku: bye.
They all then went home.
40 minutes later*
Miku: man seriously, walking from the secret base to here is so long how were we even able to get there when we were kids.
Shino: probably because we had more energy back then.
Miku got Shino back to their homes just in time for dinner
Miku: yeah, well see you tomorrow.
Shino: see ya.
They both went inside their houses.
Miku: I'm ho- wait what's that smell?
Miku picked up a very delicious smell.
Miku: is he making dinner?
Miku went to the kitchen.
And she saw.
Miku: Ehh?! Hamburg steak?!
Kaneki: welcome back, I made Beef and Chicken Hamburg steak.
Miku: really? Awesome! Wait what's that?
Kaneki: my reward!
Miku: reward?
Kaneki: Sachi said if I pass the rite of passage she'll make me a pudding cake.
Miku: oh yeah, you did say that yesterday.
Kaneki: and also look! Grandma Yukiya gave me this! The hint to wear the Crown is!
Kaneki showed the stone tablet.
Kaneki: once we get the second one we could potentially start the expedition.
Miku: that's great.
Kaneki: anyways let's eat!!!
Miku: alright.
They both sat down and ate dinner.
Kaneki: that was so good~.
Miku: yeah, Sachi-Oneechans pudding cake is the best!
Kaneki: I know right?! I wish I can eat it every day.
Miku: yeah... same here.... Well I'll be heading to my room now.
Kaneki: okay.
Miku then went up stairs.
Kaneki: oh yeah, just in case I forgot I should tell everyone already.
Kaneki pulled out his phone and went to the relic research/expedition team group chat.
"Hey everyone good news, we can start doing research again tomorrow after school let's meet at the Kodama mansion again."
And some immediately replied.
"Really?! Nice! Let's do our best!"
"Yeah! Itsuki-kun let's do this!"
"Did you get the hint already Kaneki?"
"I did Chi-can"
"It's true I saw it earlier when Kaneki went to my place"
"Really?! Congrats Kaneki-kun"
"Thx"
"Higanbana-kun will we go back to the mural?"
"Sorry Higanbana-kun but I won't be able to go to the mural tomorrow I'm going to be busy with the stuff in my book"
"It's alright, just don't overdo it okay?"
"I won't!"
"Well that's all I have to say, see you guys tomorrow"
He then finished chatting with them.
Kaneki: alright, time to prepare for tomorrow.
And so Kaneki started preparing for research day.

Emi & Azusa: we understand.
Shiho: good, now tell them tomorrow but don't tell them your reason.
