Capítulo 5: Cursed!!
Due to the sight of their child's eyes,the atmosphere which was once bustling with joy quickly turned solemn.The old man slowly opened his mouth only to mutter "This child,my grandson is-is cursed…."
The infant with an innocent smile looked upon his bewildered parents, ignorant to the fact that one of his eyes, more specifically his right eye, had sclera,pupil and iris that are grayish in color ,opposing the usual pure white byakugan.
"Dad,why did this happen?And what do you mean that my child is cursed?"Higeki,whose smile could no longer be seen, asked his father in a fearful tone.
"He's what our clan considers a cyclop, only one of his eye has our dojustu eyes, while is it rare but it's not unheard of,the thing that makes him cursed is the state of his eyes,…."he went silent for a moment and the added meekly "It's…impure,….and defective…,The last time an instant of impure byakugan appeared,the branch family that had one of its members with them all die from unfortunate events…"
"Doesn't the byakugan only appear when the bloodline is pure enough?even i don't have it…Since my great grandfather's family fled from the Hyuga clan during the first shinobi war, we've been making our bloodline less pure by marrying outsiders until I was born with no byakugan,why did this impure eye appear on my son!!"Higeki said while tears were streaming down his face.
Kuki,Higeki's wife who only sat there silently this whole time spoke up "It's okay father in law,dear,I'm sure it's just a rumor,…I'm sure nothing bad would happen to our family,definitely…".
"I hope you're right Kuki" the old man signed.
__Two years latter__
Mc's POV:
I've just regained my previous memories, apparently I'm two years of age now, who would have known that I'd be born to be a very distant relative of the Hyuga Clan,...…But that won't stop me though.
When I first came to consciousness in my new body last week,I saw that one of my eyes could see different colored particles in the air,in plants,in objects and even humans.I while I do feel significantly dumber and childish compared to before,I was bright enough to realize that these particles are chakra particles,I saw some in myself too!They were purple,blue and brown in color, sometimes when they mix, a grayish color appeares!I know that purple is lighting,blue is obviously water and brown is earth from the anime but I never recall a gray chakra nature so I'm not sure what it is.
Switching topic to my bloodline, while my mother ,Kuki Ansatsu is just normal,at least from what I know, my dad on the other hand has Hyuga blood, although very diluted since he himself doesn't have the byakugan,I for some reason have a defective byakugan on my right eye. I don't have 360 vision like most Hyugas,although I can still see through objects and see chakra, it's limited to only what my right eye can see,plus using it for a prolonged period takes a great strain on me so I only activate it when necessary ,although one upside that I've found is that I can see the chakra natures in a person.
There's one thing that I'm concerned about though…..With such an impure eye,how could I convince Hiashi Hyuga to give me his daughter I wonder??Well I guess there's the fact that I'm apparently "cursed",but that's the least of my worries right now,It won't be more than a rumor right?
