Eigo met the clan heads of Tanaka and Tadashi clans separately.
It was decided that each clan will be assigned with 5 shops each in which 4 shops will be normal stores and one shop will be remodelled in to a warehouse.
The payment will be 5 years worth of weapons and iron materials to be paid within 2 years and 10% rental fees every month to be paid in six months for the next ten years in advance for the Tanaka Clan.
And for the Tadashi clan All chakra recovery and healing pill to be provided with 30% discount at manufacturing price for the next 10 years . It may sound like a bad deal. And also 10% rental fee as monthly store fee.But If you calculate a rental price in the Capital what Eigo asked was too low.
Both Clan heads thought Eigo was an idiot while hearing Eigo's proposal they were quite eager to sign the contract. Eigo just sneered inside my heart after seeing their looks.
You have to know what is the easiest way and effective way to generate money. That is arms trading if you come from America even a idiot could answer the question. That to if you know a war is about to happen Bravo you got minimum 500% profit of actual investment.
And to the second phase, Eigo found a talented civilian called Old man Jin through his clans contact. Jin is a hustler, He takes products from all villages and sells them to noble clans at high price. Eigo had a meeting with him. Eigo proposed by saying "that the shops are free to use all with security and transportation but Jin has to pay him 40% profit of whatever he makes from these shops" .
[ In order to open shops in Capital you need to have noble contacts as well as you have to pay tax as well as security fee and have to pay some money for corrupt official to keep it smooth. Being a civilian have its own problem But if the shop is in the name of Daimyo everything is equal to zero]
Jin was quite grumpy after hearing my proposal. But after promising that" I will appoint him as my business manager in all upcoming projects "he agreed happily. Greedy people are quite shameless but easy to control I guess.
Jin also had some talented people under him in different fields it would come handy in the future. Eigo thought calculated all the profit he could make in the future. It is estimated to make 90 to 170 million ryos in next 2 years without investing anything.
Eigo has many ideas, those things are for later implemention. Finance Wizard is a crazy title.
Additional Eigo got quite a talented civilian orphan from the orphanage he opened. Her name is Akari her kekkei genkai Scorch Release [ create heat orbs that "mummify" any enemies]. I truly hit the jackpot there said Eigo.
Eigo separate talented orphans and train them in ninjutsu using some selected individuals ( missing nin per say you can think matrons of orphanage). As always, Eigo brainwash cough cough.... no convince them to be loyal to him.
